Fast and convenient-- great place to drop your bags if you're going to Battery Park to see the statue of liberty and ellis island. Would use again! Only tip is to go down 1 floor when you get in the first level.

Awesome Service. Well Trained Staff. They guided me to use the Residential Lift to bring the luggage to the storage center on Level 2 (basement). Highly recommended.

This location is easy to access. Simply take the elevator down one floor to check in your luggage. The people at the gym desk make the process simple and are friendly!! Thank you!

Super easy to find. If on the Lower East Side or want to go into the Financial District or see the Statue of Liberty, this is a great location to drop bags. It's a pretty nice gym, with elevators, so give luggage to receptionist, get pick-up tickets for later, and you're off. Open late for late returns, too. We loved it; if in the area again, will use this spot. Thank you.

Very convenient solution for your luggage storage, if it is just for a couple of hours or for a couple of days. It is very easy to reserve and pay over the app or web site. Once paid, you get the exact directions where to go and code for a drop. Ours was a gym, where the stuff was very very helpful and friendly. They even let us use gym's restroom (and would let us use showers if needed).
As far as we know, there are quite a few different luggage storage spots all over NYC.
Great experience, cheap (IMHO) and really a life saver when you have plenty of time befor the flight but have to leave your hotel in the morning.
