Definitely can express the same as others. Used the app for years w/little to no problems. Last year, after the bank migration, there began to be issues. They were not sending my withdrawal payments to my creditors. It's been taken out of my account, but still "pending" as of Nov & Dec. 2022. Armin at Qoins used to be so helpful and responsive. Now no one responds to emails, there's no person to answer calls, and they took down their Instagram page. They have about $200 of my money that I can't get back. I'm also not seeing the option on the app or the desktop version where I can cancel my subscription. This used to be a great app and did help me pay down my debt, but now it's garbage. So disappointing.

Qoins used to be a great app, they used to charge 2.99 to round up your change to pay off debt. This Summer they decided to raise capital and start a debit card. That's where the problems started and June 2022 they have not sent any rounded up change to our creditors and are now charging customers $4.99. There is no customer service we periodically get an email stating they are migrating to a new bank and we needed to make a complaint on the old bank. People are saying they owe them up to $1,000. I don't have that much invested, but it's still my money. It's so bad people are talking class action lawsuits. They often take down they media page so we can't complain. Reports have been made to several agencies and they report Qoins is not responding to them. I gave them time hoping they would get back on track. We haven't even received an apology from the founders. Please spare yourself the headache. Should be no stars for Qoins😵

Update 07/2023 Still have not received any money back, please continue to report Qoins, Christian Zimmerman and Nate Washington any and everywhere.
The company was HQ out of Georgia report them with Secretary of state in GA, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, FCC, etc.
. I feel really bad for you all that had a savings accounts with them.

I want to know if there is class action lawsuit against the founders or the company itself? I have lost so much money and then they just disappeared with no way to contact or inquire after receiving my money out of that account. I emailed and an automated response populated but no one got back to me. This should be illegal that they can just take out money like this.

Same situation as other reviews below. No one responds to you. They are withholding funds and charging me monthly for a service I can't use due to their "migration".

"They will steal your money. I was using this app for months and then they stopped sending the payment in July 2022. I contacted them and they blamed it on their migration. It is now September 2022 and they have not paid or refunded me. I also got charged for a subscription after I clearly cancelled. They are terrible."

Qoins stole my money. When my bank connection no longer worked, I asked for a refund of my balance and to close the account. I was told that because of the bank connection error, a paper check would be mailed to me. I never received the check and the account is still open. They are no longer responding to my emails. Now they are taking their monthly fee from my balance which I cannot get refunded. Do not use this service!!!!!

I finally received a response in the form of a refund check issued from Evolve Bank. I have not tried to cash it yet, as I am having to contact Qoins again because I only received a check for the payments I was able to dispute. I had a $200 payment stuck in "sending" mode that I was not able to dispute because it was "sending". This was part of my original issue. I guess we'll see if the check I did receive is legit.

This company stole nearly $2,000 from me. I got emails admitting they owe me nearly $2,000 and said they would send a check. I kept asking and they kept saying 4-8 weeks…that was nearly 2 years ago. Now they disappeared like the con artists they are. Scumbags.
