My mom went to Chick-fil-A today, She’s still learning English and gets really nervous ordering by herself, especially when I’m not around to help her. When she went through the drive-through, Bryan was so patient and kind, taking the time to explain everything and make sure she got everything she needed. It honestly means so much to me that someone took the time to treat her with so much respect and care. She even said it was the best experience she’s ever had at a restaurant.

Chick-fil-A always has great food and excellent customer service, and this location is no different. The staff is friendly and my order is always accurate. However, the drive-thru here is much slower than other Chick-fil-A locations. The line is always long, which is expected, but it doesn’t move as quickly as it should. Still, the food quality and service make up for it. Just be prepared for a wait if you’re going through the drive-thru.

The staff here is amazing! I went by today at 11:30 and everyone was so helpful. they are like superhuman- anticipating your every need. They thanked me for coming many times. This was the best experience I have ever had at a Chik Fil A. The food was good as well :).

I finally decided to go to this location. Their machine was down so I wasn't able to order the Frosted Lemonade. Still went ahead and placed an order for something. Pulled up and witnessed a guy getting out of his car and walking up to the door to tell employees they forgot to add something to his order... never really seen that at a Chick-Fil-A...I shrugged it off only for it to happen to me🥴my drinks were forgotten, but I enjoyed my salad and the boys enjoyed their food🤷🏾‍♀️better luck next time, I guess.

This location used to be my absolute favorite but within the past two months I’ve noticed a change in the quality of the food. And found hair in both my soup and coworkers French fries. I noticed when walking in to order several of the employees bagging the food were not wearing hair nets which may be where the hair is falling into our food or maybe the cooks aren’t wearing hairnets in the back but either way this is disgusting and needs to be addressed. I have attached evidence below and I Hope management sees this review and speaks with the staff and implement stronger food safety precautions. I was able to speak to Alex and my coworker spoke with Patrick regarding the incident and we were accommodated however management should be enforcing hairnets for employees handling food. Customers should not be eating hair with their Chick-fil-A!!!!!!

i am very disappointed with my experience at this Chick Fil A i went in line to order my food like I do at every Chick Fil A, this time I used Apple Pay because I never used it before and I wanted to try it to see how it works. The guy took my name my order and I paid then I went to drive to the window. I waited behind a couple of cars I slowly started seeing Chick Fil A workers walking pass me to give orders to customers who ordered after me... I thought it was strange at first but i didnt say anything but i got all the way to the window I still saw the workers giving food to people who paid and ordered after me and i was slowly starting not to see any cars behind me and i ordered way before them and All I ordered was a 5 count kids meal! The employees keep looking at me then walked pass me to give the food to another person who was behind me .. I even at one point heard them laughing everytime they did it. I felt like they were being racist and only doing it because I was black. I am completely upset because I have never had this experience at a chick fil a .. I was very sad and almost cried ... I asked to speak to the manager and a lady wearing the same thing as all the other workers came to talk to me and apologized I dont even think she really the manager but she apologized and told me she put a medium fry in my bag for the inconvenience ... but this is something that needs to be heard it is 2024 and no one should be treated bad because of the color of their skin. I am a very nice lady and I was very nice and waited patiently I should not have been over skipped like that.
