This company did a subpar mobile app for 75% over the amount of money you can get any freelancer to do! In other words, their developers are sourced out. My CTO and two of them told me that they would not be able to finish the app according to Google and Apple Standards, and they were correct!!
They didn't finish it and refused to deliver any product. They are extremely hard to deal with. If you have anything complex to develop, this ain't the place, you have been warned.

Arbitration was all one-sided, of course. Could you make sure you don't take that route? Research and it will tell the story. If anyone knows anything about mobile app development you cannot do anything but start over from scratch without your source code, xcloud, or APK. The scan in a picture of a APK said a video was the app. Well, Apple and Google would laugh at a video being a mobile app. I am still upset. Review Gadai and see how many others they scammed with a video and no files.

I started working with GADAI back in January of 2019. Till this day it is now September of 2022. I have yet to receive a finished product. I've invested a total of 30k into this application and yet to have a ROI. At the beginning they were very good on communicating with me on the status of my application but as time went on they were not responding back to my messages. Make sure when you are deciding to work with them that you are clear on what features you want your app to have because any new features you would like to add they will charge you an extra 10k for. That was not worth it for my family and I. We put so much time and money into this project and at the end it was not worth. I did not have a good experience with this company and hopefully the same will not happen to you if you decide to work with them.

They mislead my wife into signing a mvp contract. Promising a fully functional app but instead only created a shell. The owner speaks as if he cares but mainly it's a script and will always put the blame on you. They admitted that their employees made countless mistakes and promised to fix the problem. Instead I was passed off to more incompetent employees and at the end they tried to get more money pit of me. Do not use this software company.

Beware this company! I paid them $20,000 to develop an app for me. We signed a contract in December of 2018 and the agreement was that the app would be fully developed on iOS and android 12 weeks later. Two years later they have not fulfilled the contract. I would never do business with this company. Do not trust these people!

Your response to my husband’s review contains lies. You people are dishonest and cannot be trusted. His contract with you was that his app would be fully developed on Android and IOS in 12 weeks. You have never posted the app on iOS - 2 years later! You lied in your response to your customers about this. It took you 6 or 7 months to develop the app on Android and it looks like something a kindergarten kid made in computer class. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. Beware this company!

Zyrus and Jonathan was very helpful. I moved for ward with the investment package, at first I was ready to write a 1 star review but they got me a grant!!!!!!! I'm so excited, they worked hard with me and just absolutely blessed to be working (Btw Zyrus my name is Stephanie not sure why it says Tiweh) Either way super satisfied. Im able to start development and as promised they really were there for me. I am just bummed out that Friday night - Saturday night there's no service or support (unless technical I guess) but other than that its really been a 5 star experience. Being from Texas Ive never really been too much into tech but this was very enjoyable.
