The staff is very helpful. The service is pretty good when it works but its not very stable. Its windy tonight and we're running 0.24-1.07mbs download speeds. Painfully slow. Works well about 80% of the time.

It seems like we're getting disconnected now and then. Download and Upload Speed keeps changing and low they are, I have the highest speed, wonder why so low? I end up calling them for the 1st time, why I have no internet? It makes me wonder if it's getting worse or someone keep messing around the internet all the time.
Everytime gets new upgrade, it gets worse and worse. When I sign up couple years ago, it was so much better with no issues and it's better off to leave it alone!

Good Internet service for those in rural areas. I have been a customer for several years and they are always working to improve performance. It is a great option for those who live in farm areas where cable service is not available. Yes - you can stream video without any issues.

Their tech service is phenomenal. Not only are they timely and knowledgeable but they are also friendly and patient when helping with a situation.

Almost as bad as dial-up internet. We’ve been given promises and excuses after excuses. We can see the tower from our house with nothing between us but still takes days to download games, streaming is impossible, can’t work from home, messages go unreturned. Looking for new provider!!
Update: I’ve had a “High Priority” ticket open since January! No follow up. Same horrible connections!

Plans for unlimited. In the last few years they have done tons to provide lots more bandwidth and reliability even while staying in same plan and at same cost!
