Soon it will be 3 years as I'm a member of Andersen team. The company has many directions for employee development, individual growth plans, and a wide system of resource management. The team is amazing wherever it locates, the work atmosphere is pleasant and friendly. Recently we moved to the new office in Cracow with a spacious workplace, cozy vibes, and the best flat white coffee I've ever tasted. I really enjoy working here 🙂

One of the best software companies. A wide range of services, friendly and responsible team, flexible approach, experienced professionals. I was not the client of the company but I was an employee, I believe I can say that the client will be very pleased to work with a company like Andersen. I have seen different companies, but Andersen has the best set up work processes and the employees are the best selected.

I recommend this company to everyone who is looking for a job in a big international IT company. I decided to try my luck in the IT field two years ago and came to the Andersen team. I really liked how everything was organised in the company: a special space was reserved for work; the mentor, Alex, helped with the adaptation; there were many interesting events and meetups here; there was an opportunity to communicate directly with leadership; colleagues helped with advice; and there was a good salary for me. So, I think Andersen is a great option for working in the IT field.

I've just noticed that everyone who has reviewed Andersen has written good things about this company and so on. So I've decided to share my opinion too, as I've been working with this company for 4 years as well. It was my first custom software project, I mean my first steps in the IT direction, and I was apprehensive, but the team from Andersen helped with the onboarding qualitatively and deligated tasks in a good structure, so I always knew what to do and what the client expects to see. I am sure that they were really helpful in explaining everything to me, giving strong knowledge, and the result was exactly what I expected, I have a good commercial experience now. I've been working in Andersen about 2 years and 6 months of it in Poland. I can recommend company in general - there is a lot of cool people. And a new office is very modern and comfortable and our coffee machine makes the best flat white in Krakow:)

I would like to say a few words about Andersen’s specialists. They have created software for my small organisation and have set it up. Their prices are quite democratic. I’m thinking about further cooperation in redesigning our site. So, I have almost no complaints about their work. The guys are young, and it is obvious that they are trying to make everything as well as possible. It is nice that they really value their customers and they advise on all aspects of the work

The office is very large and cosy.
There is an area nearby where you can walk around with a cup of coffee while taking a short break from work. =)
