I thought this was a great idea when I first looked at it. But I decided that I do not like it. I did not like the inability to pick up a phone call when it rings. I do not like the inability to figure out why I can’t pick A phone call that was placed to me. This app wants to answer all my calls. I do not want this to answer any of my calls and I do not want to use it until I ask for it to be used
. I would like to get this off my phone, but now it’s taken over. I would like to have this removed from my phone. I do not have a number to complain to. I wish that I had never seen the ad for this and I wish I never downloaded it. If I could get this thing off, I would sure not ever put it back on again.

Installed the app and set it up. It has taken over my iPhone. Can’t unlock the phone to get to the app to remove it. Heck can’t even shut the phone down there’s just that annoying voice. Try to follow its directions but it won’t do anything Have typed in my password dozens of times to no avail. This is bad I need my phone

Sounds like a great deal however, I don't care if the FCC pays for this or not. InnoCaption does not need to know the last four of your SSN. Here is why:

The first three numbers of your social security number are actually pretty easy to guess. Are you a reader from Wyoming? Then your social starts with 520.
Not that’s not magic, it’s publicly documented. Knowing the last four digits, this means an attacker would only have to guess the middle two digits (that’s 100 combinations) to figure out the right number.

Be Careful People. They could be on the up and up but do you want to chance it? I don't. InnoCaption, I am chalenging you to come up with a better solution to identify people.

Hard of hearing mama of three here - I LOVE the InnoCaption app!!! It allows me to have conversations with kids in the background. I used to have anxiety with phone calls, always needing to text or email or find a quiet room to be able to have important phone calls like doctor consults or making appointments but literally this makes it a breeze. It’s intuitive - it’s super simple but I love being able to just zoom in and out to make the font bigger or smaller. Once I set it up and did call forwarding it’s been super easy!

I downloaded the app. But now it wants way too much personal information. I understand your FCC requirements. I am concerned about providing personal information. What I don’t know who’s on the other end. I don’t trust anything online. And I don’t need 5000 emails a week in reference to the app I downloaded. Are there any other options?

Fantastic company that listens to customers and implements feedback. They continue to innovate and amaze me! They’re not owned by a huge company, which I appreciate, as support is easy to obtain. They use FCC funding for their app, and despite continued cuts to the program, their app has been redesigned and is full of features I appreciate. The only reason they require personal information is them keeping the app funded through the FCC in order to offer it for free.

I tried Desk view on my tablet because I'm not permitted to install the app. I had no trouble linking to it and registering. Unfortunately it doesn't access my contact list, and the dialing screen doesn't fit on my page. I'll keep trying to use it. it would be wonderful if I could access InnoCaption on all my devices.

Tried to download the app but they required me to signed my name so that way its proof that I'm deaf?! Seriously I've been deaf my whole life and they want my signature? No thank you I'm not signing my name that could be a scam out of something to make my name useful for something. Disappointed I thought it could make a difference to help make my communications easier.
