Would definitely avoid. I was unfortunately and unknowingly was sold a broken car from JJ premium cars in Peterborough. Car had a gearbox issue and was returned to JJ and taken to AP transmissions to replace the mechatronics in the gear box. Had the car back 3 weeks if that and the gearbox problem came up again so I went straight to contacting AP transmissions regarding the fault after they’re failed repair for them to tell me it’s nothing to do with the work they have done ( funnily enough the pump that failed supplies the fluid to the mechatronic they was supposed to of replaced which is currently in the process of having it replaced again!) and that if I wanted the work doing it was going to cost me £4500+ VAT after it already having a £2500 failed repair. Would 100% avoid they just want your money and clearly can’t carry out the repairs.

Had to have a rebuild on my Q7 gearbox was told it would be 3/4 days a week later was told it was ready picked it up and with in 100 miles it dropped all the oil over my drive told them they came and picked it up and 3 day later I was told it was fixed and I could pick it up well from then till now it has been back inn 4 times for the same thing and still not fixed can't use it as all I can smell is burning oil so yet I have to phone them and get them to fix it

I had a transmission issue on my Porsche Panamera GTS. A local Porsche specialist inspected my car and said it would need to go to Porsche as the coding was complex. Porsche main dealer was astronomical as they would be so I contacted AP Transmissions who were very helpful and were confident they could help. I had the car transported to them and they completed the work in around a week. The cost of the work was considerably less. They even opened up on Saturday morning for me to collect as I live in Berkshire. Very satisfied customer.

Fantastic service from AP Transmissions. They fixed the oil leak on my Mercedes e350 as well as a couple of other little jobs. This was done professionally and expertly and they kept in contact advising of progress throughout. This was done exactly to the time line advised and at a very reasonable cost. My car now drives like a new car and I couldn’t be more pleased with the honest and realisable service they provided.

Our car just wouldn't move RAC took it to AP Transmissions who were just brilliant. Susan on reception kept her promises everything keeping us updated. Service here is second to none and picked car up on the day they said they would be able to look at it!!!
