I have used Black Line IT(Brandon in particular) for almost 5 years now, server hosting for 3. In that time their staff has been incredibly respondent and have taken care of us in a very timely fashion. We have had little to no downtime. The little downtime we may have had was nothing to do with their hosting or service. However, it was their level of expertise and professionalism that put us back in service. Their response time and knowledge are incomparable to any other company I have worked with. It is because of them I am able to go on vacations without worry, knowing my staff and our servers are in great hands. I would recommend them to anyone.
