After a heavy restructuring, business became more focused and product development is progressing at a promising pace. Is it possible to give NEGATIVE STARS?! Completely and utterly useless IT company. If we had to rely on them we’d be out of business. I end up just doing everything myself.

Electric AI has been our it vendor for more than a few months and we have under 20 employees. Want something simple done like software updates, or apps installed on your company devices? you have to send them 34 emails and they tell you about how their “I’m sorry this is out of scope, our professional services team will send you an SOW to estimate the work because it’s a complex project.” And then 3 weeks later you get an absurdly complex quote when your project is long past dead. This goes for any simple task!!! What’s included in their monthly prices?

We had a MAJOR password leak, and notified them to change passwords, they couldn’t figure out how to change them. They finally Found a manager who came on to tell us they needed to “quote the work.” This is all over slack and email. No way to speak to real people. Weeks later & no passwords changed. Total scam. They have a call center full of incompetent remote workers in South America that will make you BASH YOUR HEAD INTO A WALL. RUN DON’T WALK AWAY FROM THIS CIRCUS đŸ€Ą đŸŽȘ

We have been with Electric for some time (under duress). We need to get a new IT support provider before our Electric contract is up due to hardware muck ups and our staff inability to get work done due to machine downtime and full days (sometimes) dedicated to computer troubleshooting. The L1 techs try really hard, and L2s are usually needed to solve issues. But the Customer Failure Manager and above are are no use. If you must try them, do not sign a long contract and make them prove themselves everyday. Big, expensive and time-consuming lesson for us. If you are a business owner - they are costing us money in addition to what we pay them.

Absolutely terrible service.

After an expensive switch to using Electric, we had to stop using them in under 2 months after we realised that critical tasks were not being done properly.

Their process is to simply take any requests and put them in a huge queue which is worked by any number of unskilled workers. The upshot is that tasks cannot have dependencies - which caused nothing but trouble for onboarding, where an email account needs to be created before other invitations are sent.

We had multiple meetings with our CSM who assured us the problems were solved, when we found that almost every task was still being done incorrectly, the CSM simply stopped responding.

Electric is able to consistently deliver great service! They make the onboarding process for new hires much easier through their Turbine app. We also love their Slack integration for quick problem solving. They respond promptly and resolve any issues efficiently.
