Awesome way to get an accurate baseline for fitness goals. Took less than 30min. Download the app and follow the pre-test procedures (no rigorous exercise the day of the test and dont eat for at least 2 hours beforehand) Staff was super friendly. I will definitely be back in a few months!

First, how to find it: When you go, look for the large Trek bike store. The entrance is just to the left. Follow the signs on the floor through the Trek bike storage area (see photos), and at the end of the hallway you'll see a large sign with an arrow, which points to a small office on your right.

Wear comfortable clothes, and if you're getting a DEXA scan, make sure you remove any metal because it can affect your weight measurements.

You must be able to get up onto a bed where the scan will take place. It is open, not enclosed, and the scanner merely passes over your body taking images as it goes. It takes about seven minutes.

Then you will get your results, and the employee will discuss what was found and print it out for you. In my case it was Kate, and she spent a good amount of time with me going over my eating plan and my macros to aim for the best results.

We scheduled a follow-up scan as well—they have a multi-visit discount—to track my progress. All in all it was definitely worth it on the start of my weight loss journey.

The facility was clean, allowed private scanning from others, and gave a lot of details regarding my body composition and health. Recently,I underwent a Dexa scan and VO2 Max Test. Kate was knowledgeable and friendly and made me comfortable throughout process.The data was eye opening and learned so much of how my body responses. Not to mention training and nutrition. So ,glad to did it. Overall, I highly recommend DEXAFIT and VO2 Max testing to any athlete looking to go next level.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was really impressed and please with the wealth of information I learned about my body, not just about my fat and muscle composition, but also where I was carrying fat and how to effectively target it for weight loss. It was really fast and more importantly, a really comprehensive analsyis.
