Best app I’ve ever downloaded & quite addicting. It’s been a cool way for me to learn about the stock market. I find myself constantly checking the leaderboards for the weekly/monthly challenges to see other users’ portfolios— learning from the app and from my peers!!

Prior to using Rapunzl, I knew almost nothing about finance or investing. I was afraid to begin exploring the stock market with such minimal experience, but that has completely changed in the past year thanks to Rapunzl. The app has allowed me to learn about investing in an incredibly easy to use, hands-on way that's made me confident enough to begin investing my money wisely. The competitions in the app add an additional interactive component, and makes it easy to learn from the strategies of other users.

Ok, so I have been using the Rapunzl app for about a year, maybe a bit longer. Honestly, I love the app and the idea behind it... I have always been interested in the stock market, and the competition and financial incentives offered by this app were just the motivation I needed to do so. Also, the price (free) was right... I am currently homeless, and despite my constant efforts, hard work, and struggles; I have been stuck out here for quite awhile... for a seemingly indeterminate amount of time. Most days, it takes about 16 hours of hard, dirty work just to be able to eat.
Well, Rapunzl offered a pleasant contrast and break to this dreary monotony. Getting into the competition and learning about different stocks and cryptos gave me a positive distraction and contrast to my daily life. And after about a year of trying and learning, trading, and entering every contest I had the opportunity to... I was so very proud and excited to finally reach that $10 mark... which meant I would get to cash out my long sought after accumulated winnings!
Plus, to be honest, I was looking forward to that money giving me a small break and the ability to buy food for a day.
So, I hooked up my bank account and waited. After a day or 2, I was so excited to see an email from Rapunzl in my inbox! Needless to say, I was devastated when I opened the email to read that they had decided NOT to pay me my earned winnings of $11.66 or whatever... all because some investigation or something of my name or my PayPal or something indicated that I had numerous accounts in my name, which was indicative of MALICIOUS BEHAVIOR, and which would not be tolerated.
Even worse, they said their decision was final and basically not up for any discussion.
Wow.
I felt so dumb, so heartbroken, so gullible, and so naive. I had really felt like I earned that $11.66, as pitiful as that sounds. I had, and still have, no idea what they are talking about... especially as up til that day, I was a huge fan of the app, and was always telling people about how cool it was. Never, in a million years would I try to show any sort of negative or malicious actions towards them!
And the cherry on top is the fact that in order to ever be able to win even a cent again on Rapunzl, they said I must talk to the support staff and fix the situation
Well... I would be happy to. But all of a sudden, the support button on the app no longer works. Even better, I went on the website and found a "Contact us" form assuring me they would be in touch asap once they received my letter. I have written them twice, appealing for them to reconsider... but it has been over a week now, and I have received not one word from Rapunzl besides their initial heartbreaking gut kick.
So that is my experience. I just don't want it to happen to anyone else. I think false hope may be worse than no hope at all.
The ironic part?
If they had just followed through, I would have given Rapunzl 5 stars, easily! 6 if possible! And I would have raved about the company and the app. But since they didn't uphold their word, I am sadly unable to do so.

Rapunzl is doing amazing work to close the knowledge gap in financial literacy. The use of trading competitions via a mobile platform to engage the next generation and facilitate access to financial information is revolutionary. Highly recommend checking this out.
