If negative stars was an option I would chose that option. They keep saying a payment has been declined BUT the money is in the account. This has been going on for almost 2 months. Even now they sent an email saying the payment declined and guess what the money is there. Oh by the way customer service is trash. I just want to get this paid and move on. I will NEVER use this service again!

insufficient funds error constantly with 0 help from any customer support . i would give 0 stars if i could. They dont even have any actual people responding to problems. Avoid this service if you want to save yourself a headache.

Helps me get my medical marijuana without having cash on me all the time. It's a serious time saver for me. To be fair, I have never needed to call customer service. I'm in the call center industry so I know how things are perfect until they are terrible so I think it's one of those situations honestly. Personally, haven't had a problem over a couple years, I'll call it luck lol

Aeropay did not work for me
I called my bank and they don’t know why it did not go through, because I only use it for deliveries. I always have to call and cancel the order because of the failure of Aeropay
It’s embarrassing too, when your cashless Aeropay pay is declined and I am positive I have the money in the bank.
I’m just going to get use cash, which isn’t convenient.
I also sent an email on 12/20/2024 and NEVER got a response
I’ve decided to cancel the account
Definitely training opportunity with this fiasco and somehow my customer service issues were never addressed.

Love love love AeroPay. I keep my drivers license in my glove compartment but my wallet I tend to leave at home due to being in a rush here and there or running in between errands and only having time to stop home to walk the dog and feed the cat and the clown fish (we have 5) overall it's been a revolution with Aeropay because I really like to research before buying and I go to industry events where they educate you about the new products arriving on the local market shelves and new technology that is introduced this holiday season especially. My favorite personally is Dr Dabber tech products. I have been a long term proud user of AeroPay and I think that it's a truly positive service that makes a great deal of a difference especially for those who leave their wallet at home while keeping everything else in the car
