Amazing sales pitch! They were extremely present and supportive during their sales presentation. Once we became customers for our business and had issues with our service; they disappeared. Zero support. Be careful once you add an extension for an employee you can not remove it if the staff leaves. You are stuck paying for a full year for unused extensions. We had a ridiculous amount of missed calls as well as dropped and poor quality calls. Do not recommend them at all. We have reached out to our sales rep and have not heard back from him in months. Very disappointed. If I can take a guess their retention rate is going to be very low.

The Aircall phone system is a vast improvement over our previous system. We love the tag and notes features, and the ease of transferring calls between associates or adding them to calls. It integrates well with other apps we use and even international calls have great sound quality. The few times I've had to request help I received an informed and to-the-point response right away. I definitely recommend Aircall for any small or medium business, especially those with employees working from home or in multiple locations.

Airmail is definitely a great app to use. I usually use Skype calls but of course that had certain limits and Aircall has made using it for work etc very easy! Calls come in with great audio quality, I can scan my history as well as make notations for each. I also can hear the recorded audio of my calls if I need information or credibility of such. The special features such as breaks, away time etc are an added bonus especially during meetings. Only thing its short of is a text feature but I would definitely recommend this to anyone for their business or even personal use!
