Complete waste of time. Horrible platform, unethical sales team, and even worse support. They will say your use case is possible, but you wont be able to actually build your use case in the free trial. They will assure you it's possible, and all you need to do is pay for the subscription to get access to the needed features. Once you have paid you'll spend hours trying to make your dialer work, just to find out that Aloware is not actually built to be a full dialer with call cadence capabilities. I recommend looking at JustCall, or AutoReach. Aloware support will argue and refuse you a refund, they won't review the recorded meetings, they won't read your hours of dialog with support trying to make the platform work, they will refuse all accountability and charge your card regardless of their carelessness. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! There are plenty of worthy dialers to chose from, don't make the mistake I did, and steer clear of Aloware!

Wow. Reading the other reviews before I posted mine. Let me start off by saying I am completely thrilled with Kerry-Ann the customer service person who helped me and the engineer who assisted in the end. We switched recently from another system that was lacking some of the features Aloware has. .We were referred by another company that utilizes Aloware and thinks they are solid. We switched over quickly and went straight into crunch mode with our business. Time is very important and critical. My teams Aloware was working. Mine was not communicating effectively in the power dialer section, which is critical for time efficiency. People with in my team tried to fix it but could not. I reached out to the bubble/help in customer service. Kerry-Ann walked me through steps but I had to step away for a meeting. I couldn't devote any more time to fixing my issue. To my surprise today Kerry-Ann reached back out to me to ask when I had time to fix my issue. I am so thankful she did. I didnt have time to go through everything again with another CSR just to end up in the same spot. Kerry-Ann was great! I was 5 min late to the meeting and she was there. She wasnt able to resolve the issue but was able to get an engineer to help. He was able to identify and fix the issue. Its good to see solid customer service. Thank you! This started out as one of the easiest to use platforms of this nature and quickly turned into a money pit.
They allowed me to apply for A2P over and over and over and over telling me each time I needed more and more changed across my website, funnel etc etc and each time billing me for my new submissions. Stay away from this platform, it is an absolute scam.

Waste of time. Don't try this for you Business. They will allow you to do API for text SMS. Once get pay all the Charges then Cat Peer Sales Manager will not allow to you to use Text SMS. Waste of time and Money.

Aloware is absolutely amazing - Anoosh & Sohrab are both incredibly knowledgeable about the industry and they go above and beyond to help other businesses flourish. I couldn't recommend the software enough. We've used it for years and is always our go-to software for business phone systems.

Our company has used this service. It is very glitchy and not ready for prime time. Customer service is slow and limited. They have an interesting "local presence" feature that spoofs the phone number to the receiver, but will not receive calls that are made back to that number. It is difficult to get the sound working on your computer and impossible on the cellphone app.

Avoid! System does not work. They make you pay a subscription & pay 100$ airtime but you cannot use it. And they will not refund any of this - Scam Alert!
