A decent theatre would get a ⭐️⭐️⭐️. But, here we are. Screen 12 has lumpy old seats, bright walkway and pathway lights throughout the film. The doors were open for the feature, so I could hear the adjacent screens down the hallway. The volume was absolutely cranked up and only comes from behind the screen. Sticky restroom floors. Picture quality was good. Staff was super friendly. Popcorn and drink were good.

I had purchased tickets for the 6pm showing of Wicked. We were unfortunately caught in a pretty bad back up from a nasty car accident and couldn't make our movie. They were helpful and accommodated us to the next available showing without issue. Kind service and good seating.

This place is disgusting. Everywhere you look it's filthy. Trash and dirt everywhere, bathrooms are disgusting, you can just tell that they have not cleaned anything in there in months. I don't know who is managing the his place but it's absolutely disgusting. Any reviews you see on here about cleanliness are 5+ years old. Obviously current management doesn't give a damn about cleanliness.

Just saw Moana 2 and thought the actual theatre was decently clean, the lobby and hall areas are not. My main complaint was the focus of the picture, I'm not sure what settings they have available to adjust but there was a really bad chromatic aberration on the image that I couldn't ignore in theatre #4.

Not bad as far as movie watching goes. But I have to give it one star because of the restroom situation.

There is only one set of restrooms and they're upstairs which is an unfortunate design but it is what it is. The truly disappointing thing is how badly they are kept for being the only set of restrooms. I always go during slow hours and everytime the floors are caked in urine, like they haven't been cleaned since opening.

It's so upsetting to have to make the trip upstairs only to hear the soles of my shoes rip across the floor, tainted in that unholy concotion of male fluid.

On the bright side, there is a puddle located just outside the theater that I patter my shoes in so I don't ruin my car interior.

Overall, a very nicely sized and maintained movie theater. The check-in area is wide open and brightly colored. The staff members that I have met have all been extremely gracious and polite. And the various membership systems are all good incentives to continue returning to see movies and such.

Cons: as good as the place is unfortunately it does in a couple of areas. Firstly the restrooms don’t seem to be readily accessible, especially if you’re on the first floor unless I am on aware of a second group of them. Also like many theaters nowadays they have the whole assigned seating thing. Personally, I’ve never really liked this system because to me it fell kind of, rude or controlling is maybe the better term for it. There’s also the fact that some of the seats are definitely starting to show their age. A couple of weeks ago my mother and I who is in a wheelchair when saw movie and the seat next to the handicap space where I was sitting with her in her chair, it felt like the folding portion was angled a little too far forward, and I felt like I kept slipping out of the seat itself.

Overall, it’s a good movie theater. The location is in a good spot, comparatively speaking, especially if you live in any of the apartment complexes that have been popping up in the areas nearby. And many other things.

The only restroom is up a long flight of stairs or via the elevator from The Shining.
The theatre seats reminded me of being on an airplane, so narrow and crammed together.

Not a great theater to be honest. Lumpy uncomfortable seats, armrests don't go up, small screens and the sound is quiet and flat.

Concessions are outrageously priced, even for a movie theater.
