Great theater nice, clean and comfortable, staff nice and friendly, clean bathrooms, and love the seats! If you want comfortable reclining seats and cheaper than the Dolby at AMC Sugarloaf... this is a great option!

I like this movie theater. The individual theaters are smaller than some of the larger, traditional ones. Where this theater really shines, are the luxurious, ample seats that recline. Some might say that they're too comfortable - don't doze off during the movie! It's highly recommended to buy your tickets days in advance online, especially for new releases. Lots of snack options available too.

It's been a while since we've been here but they must have done some upgrades. The place was nice. The theater was great with reclining seats, didn't expect that. The popcorn was awesome and very buttery. We'll come back soon.

Never got to see the movie. We haven’t gone to the movies in a long time but found a new movie we really wanted to see. Bought tickets through AMC on line. We showed up on time, got right in and found the theater quiet and clean and loved the recliners in the theater. We waited over an hour for our feature and finally gave up. We asked the manager what had happened and were told that we were in the wrong theater-despite being told to go into that theater. We showed our information to her but our phone didn’t actually display the name of the show we were there to see. That was at home on my iPad. So, she gave us free passes to return to see our movie. It was about 10 days before we had the opportunity to return but then noticed that our tickets had expired within one week. So now we have not only missed our movie but thrown away over $35. Three stars for a nice theater, not so happy with the way things turned out. A word to the wise: Be careful to check expiration dates if this happens to you and make sure you take proof of purchase that includes all possible necessary information.

I've been coming to this theater for over 25 years. I had the 1st date with my wife here. Tonight I have never seen it dirtier. I'm literally sitting next to trash, there's trash all over the floor, including popcorn and candy. Pretty disappointing. I don't come to the movies as often as I used to but the outrageous prices that we have to pay to watch a movie and the ridiculous food prices I at least expect the place where I'm sitting to be relatively clean. Please do better. I have a lot of great memories here. I'd hate remembering how dirty this place is to be one of them.

The theater itself was nice, and comfortable. The people working there were not very helpful. One guy behind the concession counter looked at me 3 times and just kept talking to his friends instead of seeing if I needed anything. When I finally did get some help they were not friendly at all. I will not be going back there next time.

I don't ever go see movies. I don't even really like movies, but I went 1/4/25 by myself at night and surprisingly really enjoyed it. They don't sell tea so I asked for hot water and they didn't have that either. So I had a coffee and it wasn't bad. So I was like I'll go back Sunday 1/5/25. I ordered a coffee, and after 5 or 10 minutes they said they didn't have coffee so they had to issue me a refund. I went to customer service and said I have ten min. Before my movie and since you don't have coffee, I'm going to drive to Starbucks grab a coffee and come back. They were adamant about that is against policy. So I got a refund and went to regal. I wasn't a huge fan of every employee I came across, but my complaint doesn't reside in the employees. It is ridiculous that an employee hasn't been granted the athority or responsibility to make an intelligent decision when it is obvious a certain exception can be made. All other possible solutions have been exhausted, let's think outside of the box. This AMC happens to be right by my house and technically the other house I grew up in when this AMC was built. I remember seeing twister there in 1996. I guess I'll have to call ahead to find out if they have coffee ahead of time..? Honestly, I have a lot of thoughts on this, but I'd be super willing to pay you 5 dollars to bring my own cup of coffee. Which would be great, I actually get to drink something I like, you get payed, and you don't have to produce me a coffee.
