This company makes more of a mess than fixing. They supposedly came to fix my community & honestly have disturbed us for more than 3 months now. They broke in an opening through the top of my window when they started on the roofing & I keep have leaks of tremendous amount of water coming in it’s been almost 3 months & still have yet to fix it, they only took pictures & left. My furniture keeps getting damage from rain. They still have who knows how long to go. If I come after 11pm when I get out of work they are taking a ton of parking spaces & have no respect for the residents. They place containers everywhere. Don’t hire them look for another company these people are worthless and & a joke. They make it seem like they working they just keep making things worse & destroying the property

A.P. Construction Services is a excellent company with good leadership. Richard is a wonderful businessman. His office crew is great with communication. He runs a crew that gets the job done right and efficiently. Highly recommend to others. And would defineately use their services again. Thank you for what you have done for us in keeping us safe.

Great company. General Manager knows his stuff. Concrete restoration, roofing and many other services. They did our condo on a 40 yr certification and the place looks great! Values are up as result of the great job they did. Beautiful railing now. A+ job.

These guys are crooks. They took money and never completed the work they were contracted to perform and refused to return the money. Do not do business with them.
