Got an offer the next day
Wow, amazing experience - the “Impossible” happened to me. After the third visit I have been offered my dream AP Royal Oak piece the next day. And when AP house offers you the 15510ST model, you say yes and get your “A” there asap.

This time Fu was busy so he advised his colleague Abbas in charge mainly to assist me. I have to say AP house keeps the same quality service throughout their employees.

What a surprise, a special experience I will remember for the rest of my life. Thank you Fu for making my dream come true and thanks to AP house. Will see you all again soon.

Third visit - quality customer service matches top quality watch brand.

After the visit 2 years ago, I have received my 1st AP royal oak offer, a huge surprise after 2 different brands experience (one is the most popular brand, the other is similar level as AP), never thought I would get a 1st time AP Royal Oak offer.

Fu - AP house Sales Associate, he is top professional, great attitude, very knowledgeable and super calm.

Overall from my personal experience in the past two years, every staff from sale associates to the security team is the same level of professional, friendly and welcoming.

AP house new bond street has the best watch boutique settings. Really enjoyed the atmosphere; I can just simply visit there, have their signature coffee and talk about watches.

Being positive and honest, the other 2 top brands are overall good but AP house here is just a completely different level of settings and services. They really care about their true customers / watch enthusiasts, and their brand reputation.

Thank you Fu, thanks to the AP house new bond street. My valuable time definitely worth spending there.

Great experience for first time at AP House Bond Street.
Unique and brilliant customer service by Fu, which we both share this special Chinese name.
AP’s signature coffee plus detailed explanation of AP history and my interesting watch models. What is more, the fantastic building of customer relationship from Fu - time flys with him. Not mentioning 3 Royal Oak models hands on experience. Received a welcome email from AP the next day.
Overall, I am looking forward to receive my 1st AP watch here, the excitement will be completed different compare with buying from grey market.
Sometimes you
just have to believe before anything happens. Positive with Fu at AP house.

Met and corresponded with two managers at this point, made complaints, and all management want to do is drag you up to town to waste more of my Time and to discuss again over and over a watch i am registered for, i have been told by management only one coloured watch is available per year and will only go to one customer (who is probably a reseller) , the phones do not answer in the first place hence why i had to go to site in order to make a complaint initially, after a long haul with persistently being ignored i am now at the point where i do not even want my existing AP watch, i feel like making a YouTube video crushing it to pieces to show other watch enthusiasts how bad it really is with this brand, AP were my absolute favourite and unfortunately due to the lack of customer care i am now way out of love, on the other hand the hand i feel so irritated, they ignore your feeling of safety after i explained i do not wish to travel into London to speak about watches, my registrations should have been taken seriously at the first instance and not ignored, my registrations was a massive waste of time, wish list a massive waste of time, after complaining originally i was in touch with a manager, after a whole year of being totally ignored i got in touch again with head office, only for another manager called fu to call me and discuss my complaint only to ask me to come into ap house again and meet and re start our relationship, this is a travesty. As an existing AP customer i am honestly disgusted, i have spent upwards of a million pounds on luxury watches with other brands and outlets throughout the city and never have I had such a poor experience. I have endeavoured to create an ap book collection of ad only and limited edition books and original adverts from some time ago, all of which i will now also get rid of because as far as i am concerned i will not follow a brand with a distinct moral compass which is only to to go against the avid watch buyer and goes more towards the avid watch seller !

I visited AP House today for the first time and wow, what an incredible space. The team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, especially Fu and Adam who were a pleasure to speak with.
