Themes look good but support seems to me to be pretty much up to yourself. Im not a WordPress expert but neither am I a novice. The forums they use for support are not well organised and seem to be fairly random as to whether or not you get a response. Far from satisfactory if you are using a theme for a commercial site and the site is down.

Anyone wanting to uses these themes commercially really needs to have PHP experience or hire someone who does. My guess is that if you want the support that you need to set up a commercial site then you would need to hire someone familiar with the theme as the online documentation really only covers the basics.

Its more than 6 years, I am with Appthemes. I was looking for a Classifieds website theme for one of my personal website. I started with Classpress, later on I upgraded my account to include all the Appthemes themes. Later on I became a marketplace seller at Appthemes and have earned more than all my investments on Appthemes. Even though I am not active as before I personally recommend Appthemes 100%. Appthemes is a genuine people centric company who cares about its people, customers, team etc.

Their themes include all the features and options needed.They are easy to use and easier to customize.Simply the best.

As an old customer and developer, AppThemes products never ceases to amaze me, a solid coded themes (regularly updated) filled with important features, they are so flexible and SEO friendly, with the marketplace feature these themes has no limits and can be extended so easily.

I was looking for good geo places theme and I found AppThemes's vantage theme. It was really good and easy to customize. As a developer I also developed many plugins for AppThemes. I always recommend my clients to use AppThemes product for easy to manage.

I don´t like a company that is focused on their financial benefit rather than their product, customer service and support. I paid for a theme clasipress and installet it upgraded when new versions released and my membership finalized, wll since it finalized i have no support, which i underestand, but then a bug in the theme happened with the last update and even thou it is hteir fault i have no support, i logged in the support pages and was able to see that other members have the same issue and cannot see what their solution was because i cannot acces the members area since i did not renew my membership. You can log into their facebook and find several irrate customers that are in the same page as i am. If you are thinking about buying a theme from App Themes consider this, the themes are good and look nice but their support and customer service is the worst i have encounter ever!!!!

Customer service is awful.
If you contact them for support, or reply to one of their own emails, or click any contact link anywhere on their website, all they will do is tell you to use the forums, over and over like a broken record. So you have to rely on the forum users for help and advice.

They will not answer your questions or provide support directly, but they are so arrogant that they consider replying to a post from another user on the forum and saying little more than "thanks for your reply", even if the answer was wrong, as providing support.

Their HireBee product is advertised as being able to create freelancer sites like PeoplePerHour or Upwork, but sadly does not perform as advertised. The ESCROW functionality no longer works as it relies on PayPal Adaptive, which has been discontinued some time ago. They have not made any efforts to fix the escrow functionality and judging by the comments on the forums, have no intention of doing so.
Without this, it is really nothing more than a simple job site as there is no other way to handle transactions through the site, which means that buyers and sellers must communicate directly and cut you out of the loop.
The same would also be true for any of their other products which relied on escrow.

If you look through the forums, the only solution they seem to give anyone who has issues with their product is to hire a developer to fix it.

Good themes. well maintained. Very active forums and community.
The themes use WordPress action and filter hooks which makes it easily extending the themes using plugins.
