AppVin Tech has a toxic work culture with no job security. Employees face constant harassment, and the management shows little regard for their well-being.

The company holds back salaries unfairly, causing financial stress for employees. Even after resignation, getting the relieving letter and pending salary is a struggle.

I had a very disappointing experience with AppVin Tech and would not recommend this company to anyone. The work environment is toxic, and there is no job security at all. Employees are treated unfairly, and the HR department is highly unprofessional.

One of my friends worked here, and despite completing all their assigned tasks and responsibilities, the company did not release their 1.5 months' salary. When they tried reaching out to HR, their calls were ignored, and when they finally got through, the HR personnel misbehaved instead of addressing the issue professionally.

It is unacceptable for a company to exploit employees and withhold their hard-earned money. This kind of treatment raises serious concerns about ethics, professionalism, and the company’s overall integrity.
