Disappointing Communication in the Hiring Process:-

I recently had an interview experience with AppZen, and while the initial interaction with HR Shreya Kher was positive, the overall process left much to be desired. The recruiter provided details about the job role, downloaded my CV twice from Naukri earlier which was helpful. However, instead of receiving a proper follow-up, I was later informed via LinkedIn that my CV was not shortlisted for Associate Director role—without any clear feedback or reasons.

Constructive feedback is crucial for candidates to improve and align their skills with industry expectations. It would be beneficial if AppZen provided brief yet meaningful insights on why applications don’t move forward esp for senior management roles. A more structured and transparent communication process would improve the candidate experience significantly.

I hope AppZen refines its recruitment approach to ensure better candidate engagement and learning opportunities.
