Beim Vorstellungsgespäch werden Fragen gestellt, die mit der Tätigkeit an sich nichts zu tun haben. Welche Hobbies hat man? Wo fährt man gerne in den Urlaub? Einarbeitung gibt's bei der Firma anscheinend nicht. Nach der Frage wie lange man bräuchte, sich einzuarbeiten, bekommt man als Kommentar: "Das ist uns zu lange". Meine Antwort war "2 Wochen".

Nettes Team und angenehme Atmosphäre beim arbeiten. Standort Berlin wäre mir natürlich lieber gewesen, das gab das Projekt nur leider aber verständlicherweise nicht her.

Scam Alert. Do not trust if you get any email or Skype call for interview from them. They are biggest fraudsters. Don't fall for the trap and report to cops. Even Avenga's Official people are aware of this and still not taking any action which is ridiculous. Worst company ever seen in my life. Reverting back on my review after a month. What type of IT company is this. Showing fake sympathy and words full of hypocrisy. Asking to share evidence but not providing any contact details. Lol.. !! I wonder such companies even exist and survive in this world. Now they are trying to gain people's trust using Russia Ukraine war supporting Ukraine. Height of hypocrisy.

Scammers are using angel list and skype through this company to hire for Software-Engineering roles. I emailed hr from their website and comfirmed from multiple hr departments that this is not how interviews are conducted. Please do not fall for it. Talal Raees is one of the many names they impersonate to trick you for your information. They use real company documents to trick you into sending your whole identity. Dont be a victim of identity theft.
