It takes a team to build a company, but just one person can destroy everything.

I have had two recent expierences with this BB, the first was very positive. I walked in, was pleasantly greeted by an enthusiastic kid who loved what he did. The store was clean, I found what I needed, spent about a grand and was happily on my way.

The second time your "manager" young lady was in charge. She stopped everyone at the door, without even looking at them, to ensure they weren't stealing. When I asked about purchasing a thousand dollar laptop, I was scolded and sent away to wait for a very unhappy worker who had to climb up on the ceiling to find the item you advertised as in stock... the store was dirty, morality low, and when I asked who was in charge it was obvious this young lady was causing a major shift in moral.

Anyways, I have zero tolerance for this and will not be visiting this store anytime soon. I purposely try to give local businesses my money, but if I'm going to be treated like a criminal when I'm spending 1k+, you can forget it.

Buh bye Best Buy

I was raised with these values as common sense, but apparently they need to be spelled out in today's age.

In the last two days I have had the WORST retail experience in my life! I spent two hours on the phone with a computer sales person who lied to me several times. I drove 90 minutes to deliver my computer to the Gerk Squad so they could transfer data to the computer I had just bought. I was told it would take 2-3 days to transfer the data after the sales person had told me it would be done that day. He even told me he had set up an appointment the next day for Geek Squad to come to my house and set up my new computer. The Best Buy manager was not sympathetic did not show concern about the lies & inconvenience they caused. She kept asking if I wanted a refund. It was clear she had no intention of making things right. The following day (today) I got a phone call telling me that aBest Buy is refusing to transfer the date to my new computer! Unbelievable! I will NEVER go to or purchase from Best Buy again! I plan to lodge complaints with the appropriate state & local business leaders.

Very organized and well stocked store. As well as a ton of devices and other items on display and able to try out. Would have liked to see a bit more car audio equipment and things of that nature in the automotive section. But other then that the Burlington Best Buy is by far the best Best Buy I've been to in this part of the state.

Helpful front attendant, but you can’t help but feel like everyone is watching you. This use to be a nice place to browse, but theft has changed that. Also, fun to get profiled and have security stand behind you as the cashier cancels the ‘person in question’. I’ll try not to come back.

Visited this location just to get help with the iPhone that I purchased from them, I first met with an employee at one of the registers, and they removed the case from the phone and said they didn’t know what was wrong with the phone after only a couple minutes with it, then got the store manager Alisha, and she asked me if I had an appointment to which I said no, she said you need an appointment before we can do anything, I said there is nothing going on right now in the store can you just look at my phone, she said not until I have an appointment, she clearly didn’t want to help me as that would constitute actual work, I said I don’t know what to do with the phone if it doesn’t work, to which she said I don’t care if you sell it, throw it away, or keep it but you own it since it’s been over 14 days since you bought it! This is terrible customer service, I am a senior citizen that is not very tech savvy, and all I wanted was some quick guidance. I took the phone to my carrier and asked for help, they said no problem and fixed it within minutes and I was on my way. Don’t expect to get any customer service from BestBuy in Burlington, because if the store manager treats people like this, you know the rest will follow suit. Go somewhere else to purchase and service your personal electronics!

I ordered a $150 TV online and requested pickup by someone else. they would not release the TV to her. The associate told me to locate the confirmation email but I did not receive a confirmation email. I could not modify the order and they would not allow any changes over the phone. I will never purchase from Best Buy again.

Not sure who made the call to not price match. Literally walked out your doors and saved $10 on a $130 item by ordering elsewhere. Great job, guys.

Edit: Staff was great but whoever made that call in upper management drank a cup of idiot juice.

Recently, I went in to look at upgrading some older TVs in our home. Max (pretty sure that was his name) helped me by answering all my questions and showing me the brand I was looking for and the type that I needed. I paid for the TVs back in the home theater area with Max. Afterward, he brought them up front, where he loaded them into my truck. I really liked dealing with one associate from start to finish. Great customer service. Thank you, Max!
