This is a dedicated gluten-free place and you can make sure any other allergens or dietary restrictions are taken seriously.

It's an order at the counter kind of place, but very clean an inviting. It feels like a step up from Tokyo Joe's.

The miso soup is available to anyone for self-serve.

All the ingredients I had with my bowl were delicious. They even let me do the base as half and half: half purple rice, half sweet potato noodles.

The bathrooms were clean too.

First time here. Basically an Asian version of Chipotle. You choose your base (rice, noodles or greens) and then protein, veggies and sauce. I had the sweet potato noodles with organic tofu, veggies and a sesame sauce and my husband had the purple rice with steak with gochuang sauce. Both were good for fast food, but my husband's steak was chewy instead of tender and was a cheap tasting cut. Service was very good at this location with both people behind the counter pleasant, and the dining area clean (though not too comfortable due to hard chairs). Unsweetened black iced tea with currant was delicious. Steak bowl was $13 and tofu bowl $11.

LOVED! I got a small bowl with sweet potato noodles, broccoli, bean sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cucumber, avocado, kimchi, chicken, and yumyum sauce it was amazing!! good portions, literally planning the next time I can go.

Food is five stars, presentation brings it down one star. Service just three stars as staff was surely and less than helpful. We were rushed through even tho there was no line. The food tasted great but needs more sauce. Recommend the yum yum. It was yum yum on my tum tum. Gotta get the purple rice. We suggest they make Purple Rice ( ala Purple Rain) their ad jingle.

Nice clean fast food restaurant, friendly staff. You can build your own bowl or enjoy one of the chef curated bowls. Fresh healthy ingredients. We were satisfied with our choices. Will be back

You can go and blow $12 on a grease burger or get a bowl of all sorts of really tasty, ostensibly fresh veg and protein that doesn't sit like a pile of stones all afternoon.
Really great lunch/dinner alternative if you aren't in the position to cook. Great food, great staff. Give 'em a go!
(The only drawback was the dining room. Cold and easy to hose down, if needed. Not a deal breaker, just super sterile.)

My first time here and it was surprisingly good! First you picked the size and base you want, then the unlimited toppings and final choice is the protein! You also have a choice of two sauces! I had a small bowl with the sweet potato noodles as the base, added corn, kale, broccoli and purple cabbage, my protein was the Korean BBQ beef and I had the sesame ginger sauce! It was a perfect size and the flavors were fresh and tasty! I would definitely go back and try others! Oh, on Mondays you get 20% off for meatless Monday! Also there’s complimentary miso soup!

Build your own bowl: start out with a base including purple rice or sweet potato noodles, can not decide? Go half and half.chooese a protein from steak, Korean BBQ, chicken, spicy chicken, or tofu. Extra protein is only $3 (perfect if you are splitting a bowl - which you could easily do). There are seven veggies, including kimchi, scrambled eggs, and cheese to add to your bowl, top it off with one of 6 sauces. Pineapple and avocado are premium toppings at $1.50 each. I found the Korean BBQ tender and flavorful. The broccoli is oven roasted, bringing ou the nuttiness. Seriously, two people can split a bowl or plan on lunch tomorrow. 😋 On the beverage station is a crock of hot Miso soup, it is included in with your bowl. I found the soup needed salt.
