The staff don’t know how to properly use the new machines that were installed. My donations have gone from taking just over an hour to close to 2 hours or more. If the machines are not processing the donations properly and stop, even if you request to end the donations properly, they hold you prisoner with no regard for your requests or time. I don’t see myself going back to this location, find a new center or company that has the proper training in place. Furthermore, their turnover rate for staff is incredible.

My overall experience was great. The lady at the front desk could benefit from customer service training. The other staff members were very knowledgeable, friendly, and amazing at making sure everyone feels comfortable and welcomed.

Today for the first time I donated plasma. I was nervous. Everyone was friendly. Even though the first time they couldn't find my vein! They got there in the end. I suggest drinking plenty of water before your app and dress warm and/or being a blanket because IT IS COLD.

Haven’t been to donate for awhile, new faces but everyone was nice! Nae Nae hooked me up to the machine. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely look for her for my next donation to stick my arm, since they are very tricky to get.

Everyone at the BioLife clinic was very kind and professional. I didn’t expect the process to be so easy but it was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend BioLife in Snellville to anyone looking to donate plasma. Make sure you watch for the promotions and get your coupons. - however, on my 3rd visit the technician was unable to take the sample correctly and had to reposition the needle many times and ultimately cut my donation short. I was unable to have my blood put back into my body and was told that I had been depleted of too many red blood cells- because of this I am unable to donate for 56 days making the promotion I was under void. - just make sure you check throughout your session to make sure everything is operating properly so this does not happen to you!!- everyone was still very kind to me but I wanted to put this out so people are prepared if something like this happens.

My first donation was back in September and it took them weeks and weeks to tell me the proper way in terms of how I’m supposed to give blood. I’m sitting here pumping when I shouldn’t be pumping and I can see the blood trying to form around the needle which could’ve gave me a hematoma. Also, I had gotten a coupon for promotion, but when I clicked on it, it disappeared never to be found again, and that was actually Money that I needed. Lastly, when I called up there, asking whether I could book an appointment within the deadline but further out the girl said yes and she was WRONG! She gave me false information so I missed out on my second payment which I really needed because I feed a lot of animals. I asked to speak with the manager. It took them forever to call me back and when they called me back, they gave some lame excuse and then try to tell me a proper way about how to do it, and I already knew how to do it after the fact, and it took them forever to call me back I really wish that I could find another place to donate my blood plasma. Somewhere where I’ll be informed and treated like a customer of value.

The people who took the blood were very nice but it took me over an hour & a half just to get my physical. One of the people doing the physicals just left to go in someone else’s office while there were 4 of us waiting and one person doing exams. If you are going to have me schedule an appointment; don’t make it a 3 hour ordeal. I spend my day with kids; then don’t want to stay here until 7 waiting for you guys to stop having little chit chats with one another and see us.
