Date night with my daughter. We had a wonderful time! The Luxury Theater was so nice. I appreciate not having to wait at the concession and carry your stuff up to your seat. You just literally hit a button, and they are at your service. We ordered our dinner here, so there was no popcorn for us, but for those served popcorn, it was in a large silver bowl (so fancy, I know, lol). Anyway, our meal was pretty good. The Jamabalya was perfectly spicy but needed a little bit more flavor. But I enjoyed it either way. The ice cream and Donut hit the spot. My daughter had wings and fries (keeping it simple). The servers were so kind, and I tell ya what, they most certainly get their steps in for the day 😆 all the calls they got from everyone at various times. They were smiling and gentle and kind the whole way through. The seats were cozy, and after a long day, it was nice to sit in a recliner seat. The whole theater was actually pretty clean as far as I could see 👀 👌 😍!

The foyer, bar and bathrooms are immaculate and impressive...everything else, not so much. Like other reviewers have said, the bartender was great and our food + drinks were really good. However, anywhere there is carpet, there are giant stains. The theater itself (in which the movie was played) wasn't as terrible as most theaters (i.e. not as dirty, sticky, smelly, etc) but you could tell it had not been cleaned. Also like several other reviewers, we drove 30+miles specifically because this theater was touted as "luxury" and we wanted to enjoy a nice, grime-free movie experience. We were disappointed this was not the case. On the plus side, the bartender was great and our food + drinks were really good. Had it not been for the mangy carpeting and dirty theater, we would have given this place 5 stars. *Tip for the theater owner - just rip up all of the nasty carpeting and replace it with the beautiful tile that is currently in the foyer and bathrooms!

The remodel destroyed the appeal of Cinepolis for us. Will not be returning. Strip lighting on steps was so bright we couldn’t see the screen. It totally washed out the film. It was like trying to watch a movie on an old iPhone underneath full sun. The premium luxury seats have been changed. They are much closer together now and all connected so when one person moves their legs the entire row shakes. The blue LED lighting on the recliner buttons is distracting and very bright, other guests’ blue seat lights was distracting me as well and making it even harder to see the screen. I could hear every single sound from the people next to us: breathing, the popcorn kernels squeaking together as the girl to my right ate, every crunch, the overwhelming pungent smell of truffle oil from her food and body sprays were so far in my personal space because the seats are very crammed together now. I had to switch seats with my husband to get away from noisy smelly food and unfortunately that left me stuck next to a man wearing enough body spray to gas the whole row so I watched the film with a cloth over my nose, nostrils burning the entire time. The employees and managers were very understanding and apologetic and happily refunded me due to the lighting ruining the picture and film experience. I can’t see how Cinepolis will stay in business with the remodel killing the ability to see the movie screen.

I went to Cinépolis last Saturday to see One of Them Days, and despite not being in a luxury theater like I had presumed (the website should be more informative about this.) the workers were very helpful with directing us. One woman working the concessions counter Ila was very polite and friendly, not treating me and my girlfriends like just customers but more as friends. This is what I like to see!!!👏👏 As one who has managed retail in the past, I can recognize a devoted worker when I see one. Her food recommendations were spot on, though it was an annoyance to have to leave the movie to pick it up. (And no way to know when it’s done? 🧐) The cleanliness was pretty up to par, besides for several stains on the theater carpeting. Bathrooms looked lovely. I will be coming back to experience the luxury side 😄

I don’t know where the bad reviews came from - we just came to Cinepolis here in Jupiter as we are in town from Austin - and we found the theatre to be amazing and clean and just remodeled. We were told every theatre just was totally redone as well - we had a GREAT experience and hope our local theatre back in Texas remodels soon!

I was traveling to this area for a medical appointment for my disabled son. The appointment was changed, and we decided to fill our time by seeing a movie. Mel was kind and personable. She checked us in, got us our snacks, & guided us to our theatre. As we were exiting the theatre, she was on her way down the hall with the cleaning supplies to freshen the theatre. She asked us if the movie was good and thanked us for coming. She maintained the utmost professionalism but treated us like we were regular customers. Please give Mel a huge raise as she is an asset beyond value to your company.
The theatre was clean and tidy. The snacks were good and reasonably priced.

Drove a long way to see a movie with the family in this “luxury” theatre. After looking over the website, we planned to have dinner here during the movie. Upon arrival, we were told where our movie was and that we needed to order at the concession. The young lady at the stand made it look like everyone was an inconvenience. In asking if food would be brought to the seats, she nastily said no. We had none of the “full service” like touted on the website. She told us if we ordered food the wait would be 20-40 minutes, so we got popcorn only. Our chairs were not the reclining, comfortable theatre seats like some of the reviews. They were very upright, stiff, greasy from not being cleaned, and one of my kids couldn’t see over the seat- this hasn’t been a problem at any other theatre. There were stains everywhere. It was just gross, unwelcoming, uncomfortable, and ridiculously overpriced. Such a waste of $100+. Stay away.
