Excellent company. I bought a product which I quickly realized did not meet my needs ( my fault not theirs). I asked for a refund and it was back in my PayPal account in less than 24 hours. Brilliant customer service, brilliant communications.

Have made many requests for help after purchasing upgrades or software. Prices are always competitive and service excellent. Registration of software purchases is also excellent, when you log into the software Web site. Help is always provided by the software Web site if needed.

I had a software problem on my computer with Vipre Advanced Security. Contacted technical support as instructed, alas no response. 🙁
Finally contacted John from customer service at Cleverbridge, who was able to raise the problem directly with technical support at Vipre. I received a response from technical support within two business days and followed their instructions. Hey presto, we have lift off and all is back working as it should be. I am one happy camper. 🙂

I placed an order for CCleaner Pro, payment went throw Cleverbridge, they charged my credit card a week ago but no electronic delivery. I contacted them on line 2 times since a phone calls are rejecting any contacts to resolve the issue. At time of the order they said that problem will be resolve 1-2 days or quicker. We have almost 1 week, nothing is resolved, they do not reply to their e-mails.

I mistakingly thought I had paid twice for CCleaner for my laptop. Once in February and then in March of this year. After receiving help from Cleverbridge support and found out I also pay for Malwarebytes at the same place, I was very relieved because it was Malwarebytes that I paid in Feb and CCleaner that I paid in March. Now I am covered for both until next year.
