I had a software problem on my computer with Vipre Advanced Security. Contacted technical support as instructed, alas no response. 🙁
Finally contacted John from customer service at Cleverbridge, who was able to raise the problem directly with technical support at Vipre. I received a response from technical support within two business days and followed their instructions. Hey presto, we have lift off and all is back working as it should be. I am one happy camper. 🙂

I placed an order for CCleaner Pro, payment went throw Cleverbridge, they charged my credit card a week ago but no electronic delivery. I contacted them on line 2 times since a phone calls are rejecting any contacts to resolve the issue. At time of the order they said that problem will be resolve 1-2 days or quicker. We have almost 1 week, nothing is resolved, they do not reply to their e-mails.

I mistakingly thought I had paid twice for CCleaner for my laptop. Once in February and then in March of this year. After receiving help from Cleverbridge support and found out I also pay for Malwarebytes at the same place, I was very relieved because it was Malwarebytes that I paid in Feb and CCleaner that I paid in March. Now I am covered for both until next year.
