I saw an ad for drive clutch without 6 months left on my lease last year, and thought "this must be a dream come true" I was trying to figure out what kind of car I wanted to get, and the reality is I love driving different cars, so clutch is perfect for me! I have loved the service. It's like Christmas everytime I get a new car. The value is also great considering it includes your insurance and maintenance, as well as saving all the time you normally have to spend on both of these. A few times, they have not been able to give me the car I want, but always go above and beyond to make up for it. I plan on continuing with clutch for a long time.

Very cool concept and service. I was nervous to give up my car full time in exchange for Clutch but could not be happier now. I can now change cars as often as I like depending on my needs for the day, week, weekends and it includes everything (expect gas) in one monthly payment (insurance, tax, tags, title, maintenance, etc). The cars and service are both great conversation starters!

I've been a Clutch subscriber for nine months and love being able to 'flip' between an SUV and a sports car (or a truck, sedan, or minivan) with a simple request via an app! I've never been able to experience so many different types of cars, features, and styles as I have since I started with Clutch. Great service with a smile when they deliver your vehicle, too!

I've been a member for 3.5 years and don't plan on owning a car ever again. Clutch is also better than a lease because I get to sample a new vehicle every 2 weeks for a different occasion -- 80+ different cars, trucks, and SUVs during that time. Seeing my car and driving stats in the app is one of my favorite features and "Rolling the Dice" is the best flip option!

My wife and I have been using Clutch for 6+ months and have really enjoyed the flexibility. We have been able to enjoy a a large SUV for road trips, a convertible for a nice fall day drive, and even a truck for landscaping projects! Clutch is a great concept and the service has been seamless with little to no delays and/or issues.

The way this company handled cancelling their plans in Atlanta last year was despicable. I was a loyal customer for a year and a half and then all of a sudden dropped. Yet they are selling the technology and opening up all over the US. I sold two vehicles to subscribe to this service and then all of a sudden the service disappeared. I was told it was a waitlist to be on the most expensive plan that was kept! My entire business depending on the cars from clutch and this is how they left clients who depending on the service! Poor customer service, unreliable, and don’t care about the end user! I had nothing but great things to say prior to this!

This service started out great and has deteriorated to the point that it is horrible. I get the car I want about 10% of the time. There is little to no customer service and they can never tell you when the category of car you requested will be available. It is a great idea, but there have a long way to go before I would recommend this service to anyone. Also, it looks like most of the 5 star reviews are generic and probably coming from employees or robots.
