Great indoor play space with a ton to do . My 6 year old was entertained for hours. There's rock climbing, a gymnastics area, a toddler area, a jungle gym type area with slides. There's pretend play with a supermarket and doctors office. One of the most convenient amenities are the lockers. There's also a cafe, and they host birthday parties. What else can you ask for ? The staff are nice and helpful. The space is clean. Oh, they also have memberships and offer classes such as martial arts .
I saw some reviews complain about the pricing, but what do you expect when you're in NYC? I can't complain about the prices because to me, its worth it to have my child play and be kept busy . All in all, well be back .

We absolutely love coming to this playground! My 17-month-old always has the best time here. The play structures are perfect for little ones – safe, clean, and thoughtfully designed with toddlers in mind. It’s so nice to have a place where he can run, explore, and be curious in a safe environment. The soft ground surface adds peace of mind, and there are plenty of shaded areas for breaks. I also appreciate the friendly community of parents we meet here – everyone is kind and welcoming. Highly recommend for families with young children looking for a fun, safe place to play!

Today I was here. My child and I really liked the park. The child is 6 years old. Very diverse play complexes and there are a lot of them. If the child stays here even for the whole day, he will not be bored. Everything is made safe for children. Clean. There are open, but fenced rooms for small children too. We were there for two hours. But the child did not want to leave. The owner allowed the children to stay as long as they wanted and play for free. He is very kind. They have a cafe where you can have a snack and a tasty meal with children. The owner says that they will soon organize hot food too. Simply, an awesome place for children, especially on rainy and cold days. I recommend it.

Had my sons birthday party here, after buying a day package on Groupon. I will say it was easy enough to book, however due to a mix up I didn’t receive an email confirmation until the day before the party. I had to hound them. Other than that space is beautiful spacious and they set us up in a beautiful corner couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience.

We love Complete Playground so much! Be prepared to spend 2 or more hours of fun, exciting slides, gaming and climbing before heading down to have yummy snacks and more gaming on their unique tables. We ordered our lunch and played chess at the table all while eating our food. it's a great family place for the kiddos and parents too!

My family and I had an incredible experience at Complete Playground! This indoor soft play paradise is simply massive, offering an abundance of activities to keep kids entertained for hours on end. From climbing structures to unique pretend play stations, there's something for every little adventurer to explore.

We absolutely loved was the trampoline virtual game. It was thrilling to see our 2 and a 1/2-year-old bouncing around and having the time of their life on it. I've never seen any vitual games comparable to this one anywhere in the city.

Complete Playground is undoubtedly a fantastic addition to kids' play places in Manhattan. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all. We can't wait to visit again soon!

My son has autism and he had a blast at this place. He enjoyed everything from the pretend grocery store to the high tech interactive trampoline game. He really loves the climbing playground with slides and obstacles. Such a great way to get exercise in the city!! We will be returning with friends. Huge hit and so needed in Manhattan for neuroduverse kids.

Manhattan has been crying out for something like this for a long time. I am only upset that my four-year-old missed out on a couple of years of playing in it. Excellent space with enough challenging features for slightly older children as well as imaginative play areas. A good mix of soft play, imaginative play and technology enabled fun. Excellent job from Alex and his team. You can tell it is a labor of love for him. Definitely recommend for children in the 2 to 7 age group. I think there are some areas planned for slightly older kids (ninja obstacle course) so watch this space. We will be back!
