I absolutely love using DialMyCalls! It is super easy to add the call list, record your message and send it out to multiple customers all at once! It saves me a lot of time when I don't need to call each one individually during mass Winterization season. We do a lot of winterizations and it would take me an entire day to call everyone as a reminder to get set up, then again to set them up, and again when done! With this service I have everything set up and I just go in and take 10 minutes to set up an entire list of calls and let the service do the work! I have been using it for years flawlessly! I highly recommend it!

We've been using this platform for over six months now as a key communication tool as a trash and recycling hauler. The ability to easily upload customer contact info has made Dial the perfect tool for past due notifications and suspension warnings. Customers can easily dial in through those calls to speak to our live customer service reps and make a payment to avoid service interruption. We are in the process of turning on two-way texting now for our business and the customer support has been fantastic. They were quick to hop on a screen-sharing call and walk me through the process. All my questions were answered and their response time has been unexpectedly fast compared to other software support/chat bots I've dealt with in the past. DialMyCalls has been a perfect solution for several of our business needs. As a small non-profit in the social services industry, we needed an affordable way to send text notifications to our 30 employees in the event of office closures (i.e. inclement weather) or workplace emergencies. We only send a few of these notifications each year, so DialMyCalls' pay-as-you-go pricing is ideal for us. (Similar providers only offer monthly/annual subscriptions and the cost of those simply isn't justified by our sporadic usage. However, DialMyCalls also offers this type of arrangement for those who do wish to send more frequent auto calls/texts.)
It is very easy to add/remove contacts, create groups, and create/schedule text broadcasts through the DialMyCalls web portal. We have been so impressed with the user-friendly interface, the responsive customer service, and the reasonable pricing that we plan to start using DialMyCalls to text quarterly survey invitations to our clients, as well.
