I recently rented a car from Enterprise and had the pleasure of being assisted by Tyler. He was professional, friendly, and punctual. He picked me up from the collision center exactly on time, which was greatly appreciated. The entire process of getting the rental was smooth and efficient, thanks to his excellent service. Tyler made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. Overall, I had a great experience with Enterprise, and Tyler’s outstanding customer service was a big part of that. The reps there are bold faced liars. States that they only have large SUVs available till next week and if I check online it will give wrong inventory info. Refused to set up reservation for smaller vehicles.

The best place to rent a car. You might think service is slow bit truthfully they are taking care of their customers in order and taking the extra time to make sure your needs are met. I needed a car somewhat last minute on a Friday close to 5pm and they made it happen. Shoutout to Angelica and Josie for superb customer service. The car was pretty clean and being it is a 2024 Nissan it was nice to roll in style over the 4th of July weekend. Rent with confidence. Thank you

Stay away from this location. They have neither the competence or capability to deliver, and they are liars. I reserved a car 5 days in advance and was told that I would be called Monday at 8:30 and they would pick me up at 9 and the car would be ready. They did not show up until 11:30. I waited at this place for over an hour. They were 10-12 people deep for people waiting for cars. This was the first lie. Then they told me the car would be ready in 10 minutes. The manager also lied and told me that this never happens. The other minions that work there act like they don't want to be there. The car I was given was a piece of crap and they sprayed some type of solvent in the car that made it unbearable in the car without the windows down. So when I brought the car back they asked me if everything was OK. I said no, and then they asked how they could help and told me that they would provide an email for some lousy reduction or something in my email. I have yet to receive anything in my email. Find another place to rent a car.

Not an enjoyable experience I had with Enterprise. At this location, not a lot of cars on lot and the ones on lot are had more mileage/issues. Inconsistency with communication on policy with this location and another location I spoke with while renting a car in efforts of trying to exchange.

In general, Enterprise’s policies are not conducive to great patient satisfaction and overall overpriced for low quality cars that haven’t been serviced or replaced.

Rarely you find a car rental location that serves the people. Enterprise at 4182 Stone Mountain Hwy, is that place. The intake Agent down to all the crew have a welcoming spirit. I recommend this location.
