My organization used Expo Pass in 2024 for a 250-person conference we hosted. It was amazing. I couldn't have been more thrilled that we had moved past stuffing badges manually and having a check list to confirm attendees at check in. Expo Pass was easy to setup and very simple (and intuitive) to use. Our event was the first week of December 2024 and we are already looking at securing it again for the 2025 event a year from now. The support staff was wonderful and this time we will be adding the registration option as well. We can't wait to really dive in and use more of the services this coming year.

I highly recommend EXPO pass for your event planning! Our organization has used them for the last 2 years. The customer service is phenomenal, from billing to event planning to day of event services. The registration process was seamless, with easy to use directions for the equipment. If you have a basic working knowledge of technology you will be able to set up the registration equipment and build the session in the app.
