If I can give no stars for this review I would! Not only is this app is a scam to most user their customer services are unprofessional, and far from helpful. I redeem a told of 55,000 out of 61,000 points and got rejected and penalties 6,000 point taken away. Leaving me with 55,000. Due to violation, I followed their rules scan receipts once and play their games to earn points. Some how I broke the rules. So I tried to redeem 28,000 point for 25 gift card just to rejected again for the same reason and penalties again. How if all the point went through their system for review the first time. How is it violating the rules?!? Customer services is not helpful in a southern way they basically said, their system found a violation and they said what they say and meant what they said and not bothering to respond again on the same topic. (Bye) so don’t waste your time and energy go try shop kicks and receipt hog found their faster way to get rewards without the hassle and spoken to like a child.

Scam!!!!! Earned up to 75,000 point and got penalties for violations and took 25,000 point away. Asked why. They said I didn’t follow this rules. Read their rules i didn’t break but they said no matter what they will not discuss the matter no more. If I keeps asking I will be suspended. I only emailed them once. I’m done with fetch app.

Sometimes when I photograph a paper receipt the app misses some entries but the eReceipts taken directly from Amazon Fresh are always correctly applied. It'll take you forever to save up enough points to trade them in for a gift card to the store of your choice but it's okay if you're a remarkably patient person. Each paper receipt gets 25 points plus additional points for items you may have purchased which are represented by the Fetch app... BUT it takes 10,000 points to get a $10 giftcard to a store... even more if you want a $10 Visa cash card. I've got to save 600 more points to get a $25 store giftcard but then I'm giving up. It's too much hard work. 😫 I worked very hard for very little.

I absolutely love my fetch rewards app! It has been very helpful to me with all the points I've earned from scanning my receipts and I love the rewards it offers❤️ I recently got a beautiful Liz Claiborne Grape Floral Dress with my points and I absolutely love it 😍 I also have used it on Papa John's pizza, Walmart gift card. I just really love this app and I encourage everyone to install it to your phone, I guarantee you won't be sorry for it 😊

Terrible. My account was deactivated because they said I was scanning the same receipt for multiple accounts! Not true. All my points I've earned gone and was told it will never be activated again. Not even a heads up. All this time wasted on this! 0 stars in my opinion. Waste of time!

There's a reason why Fetch is the #1 rewards app. It's easy to shop, snap your receipts, and begin earning points for gift cards with iTunes, Amazon, Starbucks and others. In using the various receipt scanners, I found that Fetch is the easiest to use and accumulate points quickly for cool stuff.

I have an Amazon ereceipts for a long time, with my yahoo email, and it works well. I never, for years, have used my Gmail. Fetch will not let me edit, to remove all gmail addresses. I also can't add my yahoo which Amazon is on, with all the other companies I deal with. I have lost a fortune in points!!!!! It's up to you now

I started scanning receipts back in 2018 and I thoroughly enjoy it. Every year I have continued to scan more receipts and last year I scanned at total of 715 receipts giving me a total of 21,284 points. I will continue to use this app this year and hopefully beat last years record.
