Hands down the most warmhearted service I’ve ever experienced! Absolutely loved it. The staff was super patient, professional, and really went the extra mile to find the best options at every step of the application process. Such a great team! If you see bad reviews, chances are they come from people who just don’t manage their finances well or couldn’t be bothered to follow the process properly. Highly recommend!

We had a very good experience with Findings. Michelle, the leasing officer was with us the whole way making sure we had everything submitted correctly and on time. The whole process only took about 3 days and best yet! We got the rental we were hoping for! The online process had a good HELP chat, the portal was easier to navigate than others we'd been through, we were able to upload financial documents that were somewhat irregular, the correspondence was fabulous, we found them very responsive to questions and concerns. We really appreciated the personal touch.

I guess one always wants to live in a safe, vetted, environment. That safety certainly comes at a price. PAPERWORK, financial life on review! I am the co-signer on an apartment. My place that I rent is MUCH larger and I pay three times more than this apartment (through another company). I never had to provide such a substantial amount of documentation to rent my space. THAT SAID
. Yes, somewhat pain in the 
 HOWEVER, the staff could not have been more personable, patient and attentive. They were PROMPT informing us of the good news - approval. The representative, McKenzie, presented with as much excitement as I did. She is wonderful. I appreciate this company and look forward to a long time of collaboration.

I have used Findigs three times now to apply for different apartments. The app runs smoothly. The only problem I had was getting someone on the phone to get a refund. I ended up applying twice to the same apartment and they charged me $50 twice. Still out that 50 dollars and the apartment complex says there is nothing that they can do.

Found this site quicker, simpler and easier to use than other companies that were used to approve us for a rental. This company, I believe was used for a privately owned rental. Another thing I found interesting was that this company's approval came back much faster. It didn't take days. It also took much less time to fill out their application.

Absolutely horrible experience using this site. The apartment I wanted to lease forced me to use this site. Although I have been approved, I still would NEVER recommend this site. I spent 1.5 hours completing the application process. Even though I had answered multiple questions about not having a pet, I still had to go onto petscreen, create a profile, and confirm I do not have any pets. They want access to your bank account or else you have to download from your bank 2 years worth of rental payments. They want access to your bank account, 3 months worth of bank statements, or last 3 check stubs. I never gave access to my bank account. This site is incredibly intrusive and requires an overabundance of data for a rental property. I have rented for over a decade and usually need to provide 2-3 check stubs, sign ONE statement that I have no pets, provide license plate number/vehicle information, not photo, sign statement allowing landlord to run credit and background checks. When I have had to personally deliver deposit and first month's rent, it has been at walk through of apartment with landlord, not drive 1.5 hours or more out of my way to do it. As my cousin's wife stated while I was completing the application, "It's a good thing you have computer skills. What do people do who don't have the knowledge to download the data from their bank, photos, etc and then upload to the application site?" Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with the rental application process!!!! I would give the site 0 stars if possible!

Dealing with this company was a nightmare. Truly a horrible experience. I simply wanted to co-sign for my daughter on a rental house. My credit score is over 820 and I average over $300K per year. Still, I was required to send in document after document after document over a four day period. They kept asking for something else and had no idea of my qualifications. Approvals should be done quickly, but this dragged out. Not only that, their policies are ridiculous. In our specific situation, on a rental house renting for $2,150 per month, they demanded a $4,500 deposit and a $250 administrative fee in addition to the first month rent. That's $6,900 our of pocket to start. In addition, instead of accepting a credit card or bank transfer, they required my daughter to drive an hour across town to personally hand them a cashier's check. And they demanded that even before we could see the lease! What would have happened if the lease was too prohibitive to sign after they had her check in hand? She wisely decided that she could not trust this company and rented a different house. She really liked the one we applied for, but the overall experience was so poor we had to walk away. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

terrible process. call me old, but the constant usage of third parties for every little thing is bad enough- add in ones like this where you’ll get told one thing by one employee, and the complete opposite by another, and it’s a nightmare. chat agents gave fully conflicting directions from one to the other, responses from agents are unhelpful and so canned i was genuinely convinced i was talking to a chatbot for 2 days, if your bank only uses CSV you’re screwed and it took 6 days to get bumped over to a manager who knew how to handle income verification on an independent contractor whose bank only gives out CSV statements. Findigs agents have zero ability to make contact with your actual property manager, but the property managers don’t seem to know this information. the right hand doesn’t talk to the left, and this was the most frustrating and unnecessarily complicated application process i’ve ever been through in 15 years of renting. please, corporate america and wide-eyed little tech upstarts, please stop trying to solve problems that don’t exist and creating new problems in the process.
