From the general manager to assistant manager Johnny, the Ops manager, and Monique in sales, the team is friendly, professional, and dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere. Monique, in particular, is known for her warm and inviting demeanor, making every visit a pleasure.

Cleanliness is another strong point at Fitness Connection. The dedicated cleaning team works tirelessly to keep the entire facility spotless, ensuring a hygienic environment for all members. Additionally, the gym excels in security, with active patrols of the parking lot. Unlike other gyms where vehicle safety might be a concern, Fitness Connection provides members with peace of mind so they can focus fully on their fitness goals.

The gym is really nice! Super clean and spacious. Monique helped me sign in since I was a guest. It’ was a really smooth process. I’m leaning towards becoming a member. I just moved in town so this gym just might be it for me! But I’d recommend people to definitely come here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Gym with Great Atmosphere!

I went to fitness connection and it has exceeded my expectations in every way! The facility is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and there’s plenty of space for workouts. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Terri was absolutely amazing and so helpful with getting me acclimated with the gym.

One of the things I love most is the positive atmosphere—whether you’re a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, you’ll feel welcome here. The group classes are engaging, and the personal trainers are fantastic at helping you reach your goals.

If you’re looking for a gym with top-notch equipment, a motivating environment, and a supportive community, I highly recommend fitness connection.

First I want to highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a friendly, clean workout facility! Shawn was super nice and informative when my husband and I came for a tour. We immediately signed up that day! We also signed my mother-in-law up for the Silver Sneakers program. We enjoy every time we workout here.

They have a huge variety of workout equipment and is so much better than paying the inflated prices at Crunch and LA Fitness. Please come down and take a tour you will not be disappointed. Special shout out to Monique for being so helpful and informative whenever I have questions. All the staff here have been friendly and so welcoming! So super happy to call Fitness Connection my new workout home!

Management: Getting rid of the kids club is a huge mistake! The convenience of this amenity sets you so far above what the other local gyms can offer their members.

Scotch's and Will’s classes are exceptional! They bring a fresh, unique workout routine to each session, creatively utilizing all equipment to target various muscles. Their classes are engaging, diverse, and never repetitive. I wish they offered afternoon classes too! Rodney's and Deen’s classes are a dynamic full-body workout, fueled by incredible music and contagious energy. The Strength, Burn, and Build classes offer an exceptional overall fitness experience.

This gym is very clean. There is a separate woman's gym inside of the gym. The sauna is nice but not that warm It takes a while for a sweat. The cleaning crew comes out every half hour to tidy up. This gym has lots of equipment that I have not seen at other gyms. The dumbbell section is endless. There are about two of each machine if not more. The front desk is very friendly.

I don't like the way the machines on the floor are organized I feel like I am working out in a maze.

The stretch area is very small. I love the abb machines and the vast amount of cable machines.
