I’ve been using this app for over four years and it’s been great. I walk in my garage knowing what workouts I’m going to do. I love the fact that it eliminates the guess work for me. I love the fact that I can add the workout equipment that I have and it uses them to calculate the workout.

My wife started seeing my routine and loved the fact that it shows me how to do the exercises. So much that she decided to get her own membership.

Trust me, if you’re in to working out you can’t go wrong with this app.

Terrible app I want my money back. I cancelled the subscription and tried to contact the company but it is not accessible on the app. I cancelled my subscription but people are saying they still got charges? Reached out to them again and no reply worse app ever. I rate them 0 stars if I could.

I tried to get a 3 day trial but it charged me for a quarterly instead. Trying to modify my height in settings and it won’t let me change it. It’s stuck on one number. Deleted and redownloaded the app to no use. Contact us button does nothing when tapped on. No way to get tech support. Requested refund from Apple. Hopefully this works out. With it being glitchy from the beginning I don’t want to even try out this app.

Basically no way to contact them. I did not receive an email one day before charging me like they promise on their website. I had to jump through several hoops just to receive a refund from them. The app may be great, but an app with shady business practices I cannot support.

It said it was going to give me 7 day free trial before charging with option to cancel and it just charged me without giving me the option!!

Overall a great app, but it does not seem to ever recommend training exercises for certain muscles such as the calves, forearm, and neck. The other problem I've found is that for all it claims to take into consideration, it does nothing to account for breaks in your workout routine. I stopped lifting for about six months, and it still suggested harder workouts than my last workout, ignoring the fact that like nearly everyone I lost strength during that time. This can, and will, lead to injury. Also, there is no customer service to help you learn how to improve and build on its algorithms. I find this very frustrating.

It’s an okay app but it doesn’t do supersets and it doesn’t do a good job of targeting smaller muscle groups and certain exercises are missing such as decline bench.
