Depuis que Adobe a acheter Frame, c'est vraiment problématique, depuis la maj plus d'intégration Davinci on m'a dit que ça allait etre disponible mais on sait c'est simplement pour bloquer et forcer les gens à utiliser première pro, vendre son entreprise à des gens qui n'ont pas d'éthique merci frame

Worst Worst and Worst Customer support from this Company, I have nerver face this kind of support. please atleast call the customer for any issues, we are paying the fees you are providing freebies like Government subsidy.

Dear Frame, What have you done? the new site is literally unusable. Everything that was good about Frame.io, such as simple, easy, straight forward, userfriendly, good UI design etc. is all gone. I hope you will go back to V3, or update to V5 that has the old featuers and UI. I miss the old Frame.io! Please give it back to us.

We use it at work for post-production, it's very helpful if you have team members working remotely, they can review the media at their own convenience, and write notes in the video timeline, it streamlines remote workflows and the upload time is lightning fast

Not bad software. Had several issues that took a long time to get support for. Basically the service was out and I had to pay for Wipster again which works really well too. The guys still charged me for the service which was basically dormant for 6 weeks. There was also an arrogance about the team that made me feel like my issue was a big problem for them to deal with, and it was basically all my fault.

Frame IO has the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. They will charge a fee for simply adding a team member to a project without giving you any indication that you are about to be charged.

The craziest part is that my credit card on file was actually locked at the time that they charged me - My credit card company said that subscription fees will still be processed while locked but the problem is that this was clearly some type of scammie add-on as opposed to the yearly subscription fee.

Frame IO must be used to dealing with the awful executive level of the film industry and have adopted their practices.

Not only all of that but they also questioned my cognitive abilities when I requested the refund.

Absolutely absurd. One of the worst experiences I have ever had in dealing with customer service. Use Vimeo instead.

Terrbile customer support and they dont allow you to export in bulk, so once you use it, you are locked in.
