As a business operator I find Google Maps to be a hindrance on customer satisfaction. The business I operate has changed it’s menu drastically but as an owner I have not control over removing food options that we no longer offer. As a result customers come in expecting a different cuisine and are quick to let me know.

I have contacted Google many times about this to no avail so this is yet another avenue in my quest for this mogul to stop toying with my business.

Title: Google Sold Me a Faulty Phone TWICE – No Fair Resolution!

I purchased a brand-new Google Pixel 7 Pro for over $1,338 AUD, and I am still paying for it. However, my experience with Google’s customer service has been extremely frustrating and unfair.

My first device was faulty and had to be replaced.

Instead of a new phone, Google sent me a refurbished replacement.

Now, this refurbished phone is also faulty (it doesn’t charge, and the issue is NOT with the charger).

I asked for a new replacement, but Google refuses and insists on sending yet another refurbished device.

The replacement process takes up to 15 days, leaving me without a phone during this time.

What I Am Asking For:

1. A brand-new replacement from the Google Store, OR

2. A full refund so I can purchase a new phone myself.

I paid for a new phone, not a used/refurbished one that keeps failing. Google must take responsibility for providing customers with working, reliable devices.

If Google does not resolve this fairly, I will escalate this complaint to the Australian Consumer Protection authorities, including the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) and ACCC.

I urge Google to do the right thing and provide a fair resolution.

This is the Sales side of the couple of offices that Google has in Sydney. The engineering side is nicer but this is nice too.

Straightforward set up, in a single column building, stairs and lift in the middle, and everything else around it. Professional baristas at The Press are really lovely people, and when I visited the dining hall was serving Carbonara on a cheese wheel. Make sure you stand at the rooftop balcony and enjoy the breeze and view of the surroundings.

With such gorgeous amenities and benefits, what's there not to like about working here.

My daughter's physical therapist, Erikah, was always so patient with our daughter. She was punctual and professional and helped maintain consistency in her care. She truly became part of our family over the year and a half my daughter worked with her.

This is a comment on Google generally with regard to logging in and changing passwords. Totally hopeless. I have not been able to log into my account for almost a year now. Keeps insisting my login credentials are wrong even though on each occasion the details have been filled in automatically via my password manager. Have now ended up changing my password on at least three or four occasions. Going through the process with sms and email confirmation’s right up to a confirmation message that my password has been changed and saved to keychain. A check in my password manager shows the new password. I go to login and yes, you guessed it. Not able to login because, surprise surprise, my password is apparently incorrect!!!! Ridiculous.
