It's not easy to find a good hair stylist. The good cutter will always use scissors and comb to cut the hair, 80% of the time, rest 20% is the machine.

Miss Lisa is one of them. I explained what I want and she did exactly what I was looking for.

The salon at this location has been my family's favorite for years! Our stylist, Jodi, does an awesome job every time. She knows exactly how I like my hair cut and always leaves me smiling! All of the employees are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this salon, and Jodi!

I have been going to this location for about 15-20 years and they are awesome! Jodi is the stylist my family and I use regularly (as she does a great job with my long hair and layers as well as with my 16 year old autistic son who she has been styling since he was 3), however the entire staff is friendly and they all do a great job! The wait time usually goes by pretty quickly, especially when you sign in online, even when you ask for a specific stylist. The store is always clean and very welcoming as well. I highly recommend anyone visiting this location and I have often referred family and friends here. You won’t regret it!

I took my 20-month-old to just get his "Bangs trimmed". I very clearly explained that I wasn't ready to cut his hair, I just needed his hair cut out of his eyes. I explained to the stylist that we swoop it to one side. She cut them short and blunt across, and because I was not ready to cut the rest of his hair - it looks like he has a mullet. Guess he will be getting that big kid haircut before I was ready. But that's not the reason for the one star - as I understand with these type of services, expectations are not always met. I even tipped her $5!! I'm really disappointed that I was overcharged. I didn't catch it until my husband pointed it out after I had already left. To trim his hair out of his eyes she charged me $18. The price of a full haircut. We were in her chair for approximately 10 minutes. A bang trim is $10. Very dishonest and disappointing. The fact that my baby's hair looked so terrible afterwards was just salt in the wound.

The gentleman who cut my hair was very friendly, and gave a quality haircut along with suggestions on changing up my same old style. I cannot remember his name I remember he told me he was from Vietnam originally, but I will definitely be back to see him when i next need a haircut. He definitely went above and beyond from what I usually get. Highly recommend.

This particular location is amazing! Jodi, Lisa, Kim, Pam, Melissa, and Joseph are amazing people and really take care of you like family! Myself and my family members have been going to this specific location for years. Yes, we live in a location where we have other places near by, but we love going to this specific location because they treat us like family! These people are very kind, heart warming, loving people with the respect and professionalism you would expect. Amazing group at the Five Forks location (our location). Love you guys!!!

We took my elderly mother to this location, dropped her off & told her to call us when she was done. She has thinning hair & just wanted a basic wash, cut & style. She called 20 mins later saying they were finished. She looked like they had simply put her hair in a ponytail & chopped off the end, then "style" it by just blowing it dry. It looked a mess, & there were long choppy pieces they'd missed when cutting. She told me they didn't even shampoo it, just sprayed it with water. I had to recut her hair when we got home, flat iron it & made it look nice. She's such a sweet lady, & with a generous tip the total was $53. I wouldn't have paid $12 for what they did. I'm not against inexpensive chain salons, although I go to a high end stylist, but this was a horrible cut & looked like my teenage son did the job.
