Do not use this service. I ordered a pickup on Thursday (yes I know it's Thanksgiving, but they said they could do it anyway). When they didn't show up, I messaged them. I was told the facility was closed for the holiday, so they rescheduled for Friday, with the delivery on Saturday. They picked it up, but never delivered. When I messaged them, they said the facility was closed the whole weekend, and I won't get my clothes back until Monday.

This may sound petty, but when I pay for a service, I expect what I've been promised. The best recompense they've offered is 15% off my next order, which would be pathetic even assuming I'd ever use this service again.

A complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau.

Using hamper app was an amazing experience, it was easy to use and follow! I definitely recommend it, especially if you don’t have time to do your laundry, fold it, etc. You simply give your laundry to the driver and in approx only 24hrs, you’ll get it back, clean and folded

Stellar experience with Hamper! I left about 40 lbs of laundry outside my front door and they picked it up within an hour! The drop off was even better because they delivered the dress shirts on hangers!!!!!!! The clothes smell amazing, and I didn’t have to lift a finger. 10/10

Derelict operation at best. Customer service? Deplorable. Disgruntled? Yes. They damaged multiple Hugo Boss shirts and told me they can repair the holes in the shirt that they caused. What kind of resolution is that? I paid over $300 for service and was delivered ineptitude. I would highly recommend any other cleaning service than this one. Somehow they keep getting granted access to my building and when I ask how they respond with "don't worry about it" YIKES!

You did not have access to come to my residence and I contacted security to confirm that. I provided my security of text messages where I clearly stated to not come to the residence. Also you offered $80 which one of the shirts alone was over $120 with the other coming in between $100-120. This company has been extremely unprofessional. Again a shirt that was bought less than 3 months ago with it being a high quality thread count should not succumb to "normal wear" YOU PUT HOLES IN THE SHIRT. Also whoever did decided to enter the building without authorization is going to have their plates banned from the property.

For what this company charges I encourage anyone on the fence to chose a different company. I cannot give names here but if you look around you can save 20-30% elsewhere and with establishments that take full responsibility for their mishaps.

It's insane how much they charge to wash not even true size blankets. Extra $30 for small doesn't weigh much nothing children blankets. Prices are crazy for small loads, don't recommend just because of price.
