Extremely helpful and friendly staff. I have used several times to find different providers , it's very user friendly. It is also very convenient not having to call and wait on hold etc. They set up the appointment for you . Make sure it's all in network so you don't have to call multiple offices to make sure you are in network or get a surprise once you get to the office. There's also an abundance of information about all your benefit plans coverages etc all in one spot very useful.

I have been happy with the Health Joy App and the different services I have used through it. I've been able to talk to a Medical Provider twice and both times have been a good experience. The second time there was a delay in my prescription getting to the pharmacy, but when I opened a live chat, the situation was resolved in less than an hour.

Customer service has been great with Engel. They’re very helpful. The system on the other hand is buggy and needs to be reworked. We have been trying to get me connected with a provider for over an hour and a half to two hours. Engel is working his hardest, but the calls are not going through/are not connecting.
It’s not allowing me to make a new appointment despite canceling prior appointment either.
Very frustrating.

You are better off not having benefits, than having these people manage them. In the two years I've dealt with them, there has been nothing but problems. They told me that they were able to provide a free service for me, then sent me to a service I actually had to pay for. They then claimed they had never told me it was free, despite my "wallet" in their app clearly saying it was. One of a million issues, and nothing but lots of shrugs when you call them about a problem. Do not believe a thing their employees tell you, and avoid dealing with them at all if you can.

The medical providers are friendly and caring. I was able to speak to someone within 10 minutes of filling out fields, describing my reason for the consult. I was able to have a prescription called in to my local pharmacy within minutes of the consult ending. I can’t can’t think of enough for all of their help and expert advice. I do find top quality service between the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM eastern time. After hours there can sometimes be up to a four hour wait for a return call and then no medical provider available for a consult or RX

1. first contact is just to get rid of you with minimal effort put forth and with a promise to deliver something in a few days. keep name of person that you chatted with as you will get some random person each time and even sometimes within a chat. (inception)
2. few days later nothing comes through so you open chat for follow up and a response comes through with profuse apologies because person from call #1 dropped the ball
3. #2 person promises you to rectify the issue and finds you a dentist that is way across town when you specifically did ask someone close by with call #1
4. You get on the app and ask for follow up, person #3 is on top of it and gives info you never ever knew about ie dentist might be in network but facility might not be so you will get billed as out of network wow.
5. You check your email and you got tons of request for reviews you have already complained about from person #1 and #2
6. You get an email through app that has a brand new dentist recommendation from who knows which person.
7. you check back to see if facility is in network and person says let me check with our research team. so inform Barry your team already did. response "oh sorry I did not know"

The doctor that I talked to was very understanding and courteous. He set me up with a prescription it messed up me stomach bad for 2 days. I called them back he gave me another prescription that was much easier on my body, I’ve had no issues with this one. They are awesome to call anytime that works great for my schedule.
