Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und hat einen kostenlosen Shuttle Service in einem 2 Meilen Radius sowie zum Flughafen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvor kommend. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sehr ruhig. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for 12 days each year over the past two years, and it’s become my go-to choice in the Shreveport/Bossier area. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with cozy beds and bedding that I particularly enjoy. The bathroom is typically clean, although the water pressure could be better—understandable for such a large building. The staff is outstanding, especially Mr. Ahmad at the front desk and the older gentleman, who I believe is the maintenance manager. The bar staff is also great, including the bald man and the short Asian woman.

That said, I do think the hotel could benefit from some updates soon, as the rooms are starting to show signs of wear, especially the carpet. The AC could use improvement, as it doesn’t cool the room well enough at night, and it’s quite loud. When the hotel is at full capacity, there’s occasionally a sewage smell at night. On a positive note, the recently renovated rooftop pool offers great views of the bayou and casinos, so it’s worth checking out. The rooms on the front side also offer nice views. The on-site garage is very convenient, and I always feel safe staying here.

I am currently staying at the hotel and was initially pleased with the aesthetics of the hotel and room; the front desk customer service was ok, not the warmest but not rude.||Since 4:30pm yesterday, the entire hotel has not had running water due to a pipe break in the city; guests were notified via text message that there was an “city-wide pipe break” and provided periodic updates. The last update was that it would be fixed by midnight- at 4:51am DEC 11, still no running water.||I have family staying at another hotel in the city, and they have running water, no issues. This morning, I followed up with the front desk to get an update and to clarify if the issue was city-wide, this area or just this hotel, the front desk attendant said it was in the area and didn’t have any updates.

The Hilton was such a nice hotel to stay at. It is one of my new favorite Shreveport hotels. It was very clean, very nice staff that was very helpful. I called the front desk with questions and they was so nice and helpful. We brought our service dogs and the staff was so nice about it. I love the check in/check out feature on app. You can also chat with front desk on there and get a very quick response. The air conditioning worked very good and beds were super comfy.

The rooms are nice, the e pool and fitness areas are amazing. I stayed 3 nights. The first morning I had no hot water. I called the front desk and was told maintenance was on it. After 20 min I called again, this person knew nothing of the problem so had to go through the whole story again. I was told it would be fixed that day. The next morning, same story- no hot water. I called and was told they can’t fix it. They could change my room. Well I took another cold shower went to my work meetings and h then came back, packed up, and switched rooms again! That room took 25 minutes to get hot water the next morning.||I will say that the staff at River and Rye are amazing! The best part of my visit was the food! Hats off to the chef and the great wait staff!

Nothing special about this property. It was decent. Likely the best option you have in Shreveport. The water pressure would literally melt your skin off. The front desk staff wasn’t super friendly but they were direct and to the point. Overall not a bad experience. But have had much better elsewhere.

The hotel was clean and the staff members were friendly. Check in was fast and simple,however the digital did not work during our entire stay. The parking garage is located across the street from the hotel and offers a connecting sky bridge for a safe commute to the hotel. Parking was very plentiful but not free. There was $12 (USD) charge for self parking and a $20 (USD) charge for valet. A incidental fee will also be charged during your stay and the parking cost will be deducted from that amount. The lobby was beautifully decorated and made the hotel seem more festive for the holidays. Our room was clean,offered a wonderful view of cities skyline, had a nice size tv, refrigerator (that would not get cold) but did not include a microwave. Honestly speaking, the bed in our room was not as comfortable as the beds at other Hilton locations that we’ve stayed. The HVAC unit in our room worked well but occasionally made whining/humming noises on our first night. This location offers a workout room that’s honestly pretty impressive and includes free weights,ellipticals, Peloton bikes amongst other things. Conveniently located next to the workout room is a beautiful rooftop pool. Although the pool area isn’t the largest, it is gorgeous. There is plenty of seating for sun bathing and beautiful mural on the outdoor wall. Continental breakfast at River and Rye was included for each day. Breakfast offered limited items but other things can be purchased at the restaurant or coffee shop. I will continue to explore other locations of rest throughout the city but would definitely stay here again. This location felt very safe and was conveniently located in the heart of downtown.

I do not recommend this hotel. The biggest obstacle was the bathroom. I had zero hot water and no water pressure at 9pm at night. I am very glad I only stayed one night because I would have left. The rooms are okay. They were very cold. I had the temperature cranked up to 80 and still shaking. The beds were not very comfortable. Valet was not friendly and lacked urgency. Waiting 15-20 minutes when you are the only one there needing your car is a bit much. Especially when the individuals were not friendly and looked annoyed you asked for your vehicle. Generally, I would never stay here again.
