Been using their app 4K Downloader now for years and although it has it quirks, from all the apps I tried so far, this one works the best. That's why I bought a license today. It's also reassuring that the company is (at least on paper) in Germany and not some shady country. The refund policy is a bit meh, but you can try the software for free before buying, so you should do exactly that before making any purchase!

Works for me. Started with the free 4 per day conversion, upgraded to basic/personal use-unlimited and so far so good.

Did want to add: I copied and pasted the license and got an invalid message, tried again a few seconds later then it worked.

I don't know what the negative reviewers are doing wrong, but I've been using both the 4K Mp3 Downloader and 4K Video Downloader for over a year - used the free ones for a while, then got licenses. While there are occasional hiccups (which would be expected for a program of this nature), it is the most reliable program I've come across by faaaaaar.

I guess few come here to compliment... Bought the normal license about 3 years ago and then the upgrage about 1 year ago and I rarely had any hiccups with the app. More stable than any Firefox Plugin I used before. Worth the money.

A waste of money and time. A terrible app which many of its features did not work. When I reported the problems and asked for a refund, the developer denied my request although they did admit that their "experts" were working to resolve those issues. A rip-off.

Update: I have just received the refund after raising the issue with PayPal.

The app does not work and they don't refund you the money even if you request it the same day you buy it. I've been trying hard for 3 weeks but they just write excuses that it's not their fault but it's youtube fault that don't let download HQ audio and 4K videos...and...non chances to get the money back. Also they use faked fb accounts to write good recensions on their fb page and write many false information...be careful!
