It's OK but we honestly prefer places that are part of the Sushi Neko restaurant group more. The prices were higher and the service slower. I really don't feel like the quality was any better at all and we just really prefer the offering at the Neko restaurants.

That being said, taste is subjective and if you love this then that's great. I'll even eat there with you but I'd prefer we went elsewhere

I recently had an incredible dining experience at a local Japanese restaurant, thanks to the amazing service provided by Angel and the delectable cuisine. From the moment I walked in, Angel greeted me with a warm smile and ensured that I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit.

Angel's attentiveness and knowledge of the menu were impressive. She guided me through the various options and made excellent recommendations based on my preferences. Her friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for the food made the experience even more enjoyable.

The food itself was absolutely delicious. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with authentic flavors. The sushi was fresh and expertly prepared, and the tempura was perfectly crispy. The miso soup had a rich, savory taste, and the sashimi was incredibly tender and flavorful.

Overall, Angel's exceptional service and the exquisite Japanese cuisine made for a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic meal and outstanding customer service.

Summary (tl;dr): Above average AYCE sushi (considering how many AYCE sushi options there are in Vegas) at a good price without having to wait too long in a nice open restaurant that plays music way too loud.

I won't go into too many details for how AYCE sushi in Las Vegas generally works, but the price and the ordering here is on par with the good places (of which there are many) in the area. If you're not from here, there is no limitation on the ordering (looking at you Bay area with your ridiculous 3 items per order per person nonsense). There is technically a time limit but I don't think any place I've ever gone to in Vegas actually enforces it unless you sit there for like 3 hours or something.

Food (4.5/5): Great options, pretty quality items across the board. I've been a couple times and with AYCE places the rice quality can sometimes be a bit suspect, but for ITs SUSHI it's generally been at least acceptable/decent. For the fish to rice ratio, some places go overboard and give like no rice, while other places give too much rice - ITs SUSHI strikes a good balance. I don't have any specific recommendations regarding items but everything on the menu I've ever tried has been pretty good.

Service (5/5): Quick service, nice waiters and bus staff. They're quick with bringing out items too even if you've gone through a couple rounds. Not much else to say. It's an AYCE place you want the speed! The wait time to get seated is also on average better than the super popular places.

Ambiance (3/5): Ok so here is the one, pretty decent negative. The interior is pretty nice and pretty open. But the couple times I've been here they absolutely CRANK UP the music playing inside. I don't know if they always do this, but it's so high that it makes conversation a bit difficult. Otherwise though, the decor is fashionable and there is a section of an open kitchen that you can see.

If you've made it this far, basically this is my go-to place that strikes a good balance of food quality, menu options, price, and importantly not too bad of a wait time. It's my go to place whenever I feel like getting AYCE. The only thing is that while I swear I'm not 100 years old and go to bed at 5pm, I just wish they would turn the music down a bit 🙃.

I've been hearing about this spot from friends multiple times and had to go check it out especially since it's like down the street from my house, so my husband and I went for lunch right when the doors opened and can tell it's a very popular spot, there was already a line which is always a good sign 🙂 , we were seated right away and as soon as our first few rolls started coming out we were very impressed , everything we ordered was beautifully presented and you can tell they use quality fish and ingredients , everything tasted amazing we will definitely be adding this sushi spot to our list of go tos whenever we get another sushi craving and will be recommending it to other friends . They have a great selection of rolls to try and I wish I had room to try them all in one sitting so another visit will be in my future .

Large AYCE menu with plenty of options to suit all tastes. Fresh sushi and a really fun atmosphere, playing loud, upbeat music. We did have to wait almost 45 minutes to get seated and the service once we sat down was pretty slow, but overall, everything tasted good so it was worth the wait.

We visited three sushi restaurants before selecting It's Sushi, where we enjoyed a fantastic experience on our inaugural visit. The server's hospitality and the cuisine's excellence impressed us, and the reasonable pricing made it an exceptional value, given the all-you-can-eat offering. We will be back.

If you hadn’t had sushi before you have to try, (it’s sushi) they make the slices perfect and the right amount of rice and everything they make is great. Two locations Spring Mountain and warm Springs in Las Vegas.

As always, a crowd pleaser. For the proportions alone, it is worth the journey. Rice could use a bit more moisture as it was a bit too el dente for my liking. I also noticed there was a substantial difference with whom prepared the Nigiri, for my second round of Garlic Tuna ended my meal. Ate the Rice Cake Skewers (not very crispy, had a subtle "warm" sauce added) Garlic Tuna Nigiri, Eel Nigiri, Red Dragon Roll, and the Grand Canyon Baked Roll. Not a fan of the Garlic Shrimp bread (not a fan of the mayo sauce added, plus it really just tastes like immitation shrimp on a soft bread) was not for me. Of course, I would go back, but if you like one roll compared to another, it was probably prepared by different hands.
