I have been shopping at this location for over 12 years! They have always had great plus size selection and always able to find some kind of great deal!
Well, the weekend we met Lonnie in jewelry and Dajae in customer service, checking us out was a great shopping day!
Lonnie was so patient, kind and just a great guy that assisted me in finding a new gold chain and because of him showing us everything I requested and took the time, I found a beautiful pendant as well! The older lady with the chic short haircut that helped Lonnie was also terrific! So Lonnie told us about the sale the next day, we'll that's when we met Dajae!
DaJae was so kind and friendly and so happy she checked us out and got the line moving! She was quick, yet able to talk, get us the discount, and move us along with a smile!
We are from Houston, have shopped in Houston, Katy, Austin, Pearland, and I just appreciate how the customer service was so nice and informative!
Management needs to recognize the 3 people in my review because they sure bring the best customer service to promote the JCPenny brand the way I know it used to be!!!
I will see ya'll again!! Next trip, be ready to tell me the sales deals again!! 😁💯👍

my name is Alexaian Latson on Monday the 23rd of December 2024 I was supposed to take pictures at 3:15 I came at 3:00 to check in people were coming in after us checking in I was patiently waiting on them to take our pictures at 4:05 a hour after we been sitting there waiting . I was frustrated because I had somewhere to be at 4:30 and no one still has said anything to us 3 people went ahead of us to take pictures even after they came after us so I called my mother to tell her how I was feeling about the situation and I was venting to my bf who was with me and all of a sudden a worker yelled SO I’ll just cancel your appointment then! Literally so rude as if I was speaking to her when I was speaking to my bf . Me being me I said cancel it b*tch because who are you talking to being rude for no apparent reason and she states that she’s gonna call security because I spoke back to her and because I was bitching about my pictures not being took which I can because this is a free country I wasn’t bitching to her so I don’t see why she even said anything to me.

I really like JCP but the item selection is getting smaller and smaller. Don't go to the Bossier location looking for shoes, you will unfortunately be disappointed. I prefer stores to stay open but having choices to select from makes the shopping experience better

Was looking for dockers chino’s but I couldn’t find any in my size. They may have them but all the shelves were unorganized and most of the stock was not folded properly. Could be a really nice store but not at all organized. I would think that’s a management issue because the store across the river in Shreveport is very organized. Come on Bossier we can do better than this.

Went to Pennys at Bossier Mall, when we got there , there was a young man there that fantastic helper, at the register. We went shopping and came back and there was a young lady behind the register. Very unfriendly,, and rude. Got item that was 42.00 on tag, she rang it as 46.00 , we told her and she said that manufacturers cost not there’s. If that’s true , it should not be on there. We had two other items also, she acted like she did not want to be there. We finally left and left everything there, her attitude was the worst, we won’t go back to that store.

My son purchased a pair of $44 White Liz Claiborne pants for me for my birthday and lost the receipt. I tried to exchange the pants because they did not fit and I did not care for the style. I went JCP in Bossier City, LA to see if I could exchange them for another pair. The store clerk at the cash register told me they could only give me $4 because I had no receipt! OMG! I was furious.

So I either lose the $44 or get $4 or spend another $44 dollars to get the pants I like which would end up costing almost $100 in the end? You know JCP would put the pants back on the rack and sell again for the $44 plus tax. Selling the pants twice! What kind of system is this? I've exchanged things without a receipt to other stores and was given a store credit or was able to exchange the pants? I was not asking for any monies back. I just wanted a different pair and style.

I was told I'd hear back from the store manager, but it's been a week and apparently, customer service means nothing and they could care less. Note: My son is a young man who was trying get a gift for his mother for her birthday, he was all excited that he was able to purchase the gift on his own and used his own money. He didn't keep the receipt nor did he read the return policy, why should he; he was all proud he bought a gift for mom on his own and that was the only thing on his mind. I'm so disappointed and will not return to JCP to shop just because of this. I'll just donate the pants to the Providence House.

not a great toddler/ kids selection either. Good luck, teens, juniors, & adults
