This review is about Kinderpedia's recruitment.
After submitting my application I received a mail explaining they have a 8 steps process that looked very professional.First of all I had an online test, first part for about english language abilities and some logic and second to state the salary expectations.Within days I received a rejection based on the written test score. It seemed fair until this point.
Two months later I received an invitation for the next recruitment step. Something is not right. Either they sent me the rejection by mistake, meaning they advanced one step in 2 months, either they run out of candidates along the 8 steps process or they hired and fired, Anyway, I replied to the invitation asking for some kind of clarifications. In 2 weeks they did not respond. And the first mail from them said something like "If you have any questions I am always at your disposition."
In short, if you are between jobs, you might try otherwise their hr is not reliable.
