On 10.01.24, Nathan Nunemaker installed a Kirbtech-recommended Xerox printer for me. Nathan is a superb installer and coach! He explained how he had connected the printer to my existing wireless network, and explained all of the printer's essential features. He even made sure I knew the correct replacement toner to purchase, and patiently watched me take photos so I wouldn't make inept mistakes! In addition to my appreciation of Nathan's professionalism and expertise, I owe a debt of gratitude to Troy Witmer, who recommended the perfect Xerox printer for me, and to Rich Sidella for first introducing me to Kirbtech's excellent services. My experience with Kirbtech was professional from start to finish, and you can tell the team cares about their work. Recently, they refreshed an old Mac I use way too hard, and they properly diagnosed, fixed, and updated the machine quickly and beyond my expectations considering the old hardware I brought in. Our technician today was Shane. Shane worked non-stop from 9am until we closed out at 5:15pm. He did not take a single break that I am aware of, to include time to stop and eat lunch (even though we offered). Throughout he was helpful, courteous, friendly, and exceptionally competent. Shane went above and beyond the call of duty by assisting with issues we were having with our internet provider. I don't know where to begin in saying thanks. The kind of service we received today is rare. It's one of a kind. It's service that is so good that it makes you trust in Kirbtech.

I contracted Kirbtech to do data cabling and camera systems for three stores. They did an amazing job from management of the projects to completion! This company does Great Work and they stand behind it! Kirby was on top of the projects the whole way through. Thank You!

Left them because my calls were being dropped after 35 minutes. Phone system would go dead and turn-around time for trouble shooting was long after Randy left. Best thing I did was leave them. They failed to document in June that I was switching service from them. Charged me 2 months of fees through a third party billing company and told me I was supposed to contact them. How do you prove that you did tell the technician during the transfer to teleplus but never guided to call their 3rd party biller. Phone support was expensive No documentation given. Put in expensive equipment that my small business didn't need. Horrible phone app for transferring calls for answering that rarely worked. A huge waste of money. However other reviews give testimony as 5 and issues apparently have been resolved.
For me I am happier with the cost-effective switch and equipment to Tele-plus.
Bottom line is make sure to take the time to research business phone systems and get more than 1 quote and recommendation.
