I've been a loyal Kroger customer since I worked for the company in 2015. This store used to be the best place to shop in the Bossier area, but recently it's gotten awful. The cashiers don't try to bag anything and will start checking out the next customers items before you are finished bagging your stuff. I am a couponer and on multiple occasions I have confronted cashiers for either ignoring the coupons printing or snatching them and hiding them for themselves. The produce used to be great, but I've found mold growing on the fruit and veggies as well as the meat & cheese trays near the bakery. The meat section is not much better. There's meat that sometimes looks like it should've been removed from the shelf several days prior, but instead gets discounted heavily. Today I found multiple bagged items like bread, frozen snacks, and vegetables open and still on the shelf. They need to hire more/better employees to actually take care of the store and customers.

Pharmacy staff definitely needs training on customer service and being professional! Called to speak with the Pharmacy supervisor regarding staffs lack of professionalism and was transferred 3 x and then hung up on. I'm pretty sure the l
parmacy tech. wouldn't like being spoken to like she did to me and the other customer waiting on rx.

Love Kroger! They have such a great selection on specialty items, super fresh produce, delicious meats and fantastic sales items. The store is really clean, and the staff is super friendly. Can't think of anything more to ask for

Don’t even waist your time trying to do a mobile order pick up from this location. Not only do they never have it done on time (no matter how early you put the order in), they don’t give you a call ahead of the scheduled pick up time to let you know it’s gonna be late. For example, I had my pickup time for 4 today, they called me at 4:30 while I was already in my spot waiting to let me know it was gonna be another hour before I could pick my order up. This happens EVERY time I try to do pick up from them. Definitely never doing it again. And the staff doesn’t care it inconveniences you, and they don’t try to make your experience better. Horrible customer service and work ethic.

I usually only do pickup groceries that I’ve ordered on the app, but shipping in store is just as wonderful. They have a wide variety of items from groceries to clothes to pet products, etc. Make sure you get a Krogers card (just a phone number these days). There are coupons you can clip in the app and use online or in store, you also get fuel points every time you shop and 4x points on Fridays. I often get gas a dollar off per gallon bc of this. Just shop here and use their free perks. You will save a lot more money than going to Walmart! Trust the process!!
