Ordered my yard sweeper online, sitting in the parking lot. Painless operation went in, checked in, and out they came in less than 10 minutes. Love the sweeper. Made one minor mod, Agrifab needs to upgrade basket attach.

Unorganized, prices not clearly marked, what was marked at 31.08 ended up being 61.08 with no marking in the area showing the 61.08 price. The associate at the check out was unorganized, asked for help after a line to to 3 of the self check outs were backed up past the entrance and was flowing towards the garden department. She was rude trying to rush people through the self checkout. The self checkouts were the only checkouts open, got in the way when I was trying to assist my 77 year old mother to check out then complained about having to assist. Would not do a price check and started getting angry at how backed up the check out was and then yelled at me and threatened on removing us from the store because I used a firm voice after she was rude and hostile towards myself inwhich I am visually disabled and my 77 year old mother with back issues. I will not be going to this branch again. I was more than happy to leave and go to home depot and get the same product for half the price.

I feel like a kid in a candy store when I go to Lowe’s. They have everything you want. They even have things you didn’t know you wanted till you got there, LOL

Store not well organized, did not have items in the right area with the right price and no price of the Item was visible, what I thought was 31.08 ended up being 61.08 at the register. Check out took for ever because there was a long line, the Lowes associate in charge was frantic, overwhelmed, which made her attitude a bit rude, she did not want to help my mother which is 77 and has severe back issues, was in the way which made it impossible for me to help, she called for assistance after there was a line that was backed up to the garden department and continued to boss the people in line to hurry up with the self check outs with a very hostile voice and when she spoke to my mom that way and I responded back to her with the same hostile voice and threatened on having us removed, we left and honestly I don't think I will go back to a Lowes. This is not the only time I was spoken rudely to. On another occasion, I was looking for a plastic fitting or rubber washers. For the fitting I had that was brass that was for pluming because I had a leak, I was told I needed a plumber because the associate did not want to take the time out of her day to help me.

This is a good store for home improvement and regular home supplies. It is a big store with lots of products. They have plenty of appliances, plumbing items, cleaning supplies and painting items. I really like their garden supplies. They have good plants, fertilizers and mulch. I love God's lovely birds so I like the aisle with bird feeders and plenty of bird seed for feeding God's creatures. Store staff seems nice and helpful.

Do not buy any products that need to be installed from this store. After waiting two weeks after the date the store gave us that we would be receiving a call from the installation company and 5 phone calls I made between the store and the Lowe’s Incredible install team (company that handles scheduling contractors to install items), I still have no resolution or install date. I finally called the store manager only for him to say that he would have to look into it and have someone give me a call back. I had hoped that by going to a national retailer that installation would be handled professionally especially since I paid for it in advance when I purchased the double ovens. Disappointed in the lack of service from the store.

Got the new fan. It was in stock and easy to find. In and out experience in the store was nice too. I'm glad they still have some folks working a register as well. Self check out is a hassle.

Spent almost $600 on a Zoro self propelled lawn mower. Bought it only to do areas the zero turn was too big for, only three places. Used it three times, self propel stopped working. Took it back to Lowes, said it would be ready in about 10 days. Called on the 12th day, was told it was ready. Drove 40 miles to pick it up. We were there almost two hours. The young girl working customer service was about as rude and unconcerned as she could be. Never saw this girl smile one time at anyone. She told us that we would have to wait twenty minutes to get the lawnmower, no problem, we shopped. Went back to customer service, still there was no one to go get the lawn mower. Mind you, we saw multiple workers just wandering the store that should have been able to go get it, because it was not busy . Put our purchases in the vehicle, went back in, waited 45 more minutes, then told they couldn’t find it. She finally called a man, Steve, that was very nice and tried to help us. I appreciate his help, but we went home without our mower bc it couldn’t be found. This happened on a Saturday. My husband works out of town. He was off for the weekend and would be able to help me unload it at home. Now I am told, to call back on Monday and see if the girl told me wrong about it being ready. It was very frustrating. We drove 40 miles, and then the attitude of the girl working the customer service, was very frustrating. She is not a people person and does not need to work with the public . Put her on the floor.
